AVOID this place for car servicing
AVOID this place for car servicing. Extortionate pricing for hardly any work. I booked my car in for pre-agreed £330. I'm very much struggling to understand what they did for £330 because the service light is still on, ABS, hill-start alarms going off. I had to go back and tell them to do a diagnostics check on it. They detected a sensor fault which they were supposed to get back to me about today. Of course, they haven't. The health check they did was supposedly "complimentary". So, I think I spent £330 for an oil change. Absolute joke.

Great experience
Our whole experience could not have been better. The customer service was exceptional. From start to finish Laura , Nathan and Karl were extremely friendly, courteous and professional. We had many questions as this was our first Lexus but nothing was too much trouble.

Buy a Car at Mid Ulster Cars Toyota
Sold completely the wrong automatic gearbox oil after insisting it was correct.
The moment there was a sign of liability for potential damage, Charles Hurst Toyota where dishonest about what had happend to avoid me at all costs.
The car is used to take my new born son up and down to hospital.

Great Service on a recent vehicle purchased
I recently purchased a 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Dynamic from Charles Hurst on Boucher Road, Belfast, and I have to say that I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Debbie McCallen.
From the very beginning, Debbie was friendly, professional and exceptionally helpful. She was proactive throughout the whole process and was able to answer all of the questions I had about the vehicle, which gave me great confidence in my purchase.
What stood out most was that I never felt under any pressure to buy. Debbie took the time to listen to what I was looking for, explained everything clearly and made the whole experience straightforward and enjoyable.
It is refreshing to deal with someone who is so knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. Debbie is a real credit to Charles Hurst.

Our Electric Car had its first service in Newtownards.
It was a very quick and straightforward process.
The service team had the car ready for collection in under two hours. Bonus was it was hoovered and washed.

I was without my car just after I purchased and put a deposit on it.
Disappointed on the length of timing process!

I had a manufacturing fault of a small build up of condensation in the rear tail-light & was told that the 2 year warranty will not cover it.
I only purchased the vehicle 11 months ago.
I was asked if I would like the vehicle washed & hoovered which wasn’t done on collection.
I believe that JLR Belfast are trying to cope beyond their means with recalls & services that it’s affecting the quality of customer service.
