Great Service

Superb New Estate Agent Offering for Fleet
I've bought and sold quite a few properties in my time and have never before been particularly happy with the service from any of them...... until now! Paul, Luke and their colleagues did a fantastic job on my behalf, securing 3 possible buyers for my property within 2 weeks of going to market, and all within agreed parameters/expectations. Despite being the new boys in Fleet, they demonstrated great local market knowledge and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend Chancellors to other Fleet residents.

We used Luke Channing from Chancellors and we couldn’t not be happier. We are first time buyers and are new to this and Luke was very patient, helpful, realistic and fair with us. He made us feel so comfortable and didn’t push us into any decisions but still gave us advice on how we could progress. I couldn’t recommend him more, 10/10!

We found all the staff at the Fleet office to be motivated, efficient and focused.
We were particularly impressed with Paul Bosanko and Sarah Turner and we would happily recommend the Chancellors team.

Excellent Service
Our contacts at Chancellors in Fleet were Paul and Sarah. They provided excellent advice and strategy for selling our property. They had a professional and friendly approach, provided regular updates and always at the end of the phone to answer any queries. The property was sold in six weeks.

Buyer found in four days!
Paul, Sarah and Megan pulled out all the stops to find a buyer for our house within four days of going to market. On day four we had two offers, one of which was for the full asking price from a chain free buyer.
Really professional team who work together to get the best result. Absolutely faultless service.

Very professional from the outset
Very professional from the outset, clearly very knowledgable of the local area and market I had no hesitation in instructing them to act in the sale of my house.
By the end of the day after the details went live we had several viewings and an offer which was accepted from a very well qualified buyer.
I really could not have asked for more. 5 stars well deserved 👍

Excellent service in Fleet
We had fabulous service from Chancellors in Fleet from intitial enquiries, to arranging views and negotiating our position with the house owner.
