Great Property Management Team
I have had my rental property with Chancellors for several years now. At present Ilyas Mamoun is my Property Manager. He is efficient and timely with his communication, and takes iniative to manage the property. He is competent in his role, and happy to raise any concerns with the property from the tenant or implement the processes for the legislative maintenance aspects required at the property. As I currently live overseas, it is reassuring to know my property is in good hands with Ilyas and Chancellors.

Given a 5 star score only to Ellie Sparks for her outstanding work ethics and professionalism, a credit to chancellors as a whole following a catastrophic catalogue of events experienced over the space of 4 months, with the inexperienced chipping Norton branch and the companies outsourcing of the sale of our house during peak summer to a regional progression team that only chased the chain every 28 days with the vendor, which resulted in our buyer notifying us a week before Xmas they were pulling out after accepting their offer in august. The chipping Norton branch manager was a disservice to us in so many ways, he failed to inform us they do not progress the sales after offer acceptance which was a massive detriment to us and put an offer to us where all the parties hadn’t viewed the house including instructing our house keys be left in an unsecured place because his staff were having their breakfast at their desk and couldn’t be bothered to accompany the mortgage surveyor.
