I wish I could rate 0 out of 5. Customer service is terrible. It’s hopeless. I wanted to return an item they cannot even provide a new bar code they sent me the old barcode that has been used.

Ordered here after reading some positive reviews and unfortunately did not have the same experience. The product did not match the description or photos on the website. There were unexpected charges at checkout that weren't clearly explained upfront. It took several emails before I got a useful response from support. Not an experience I'd want to repeat.

They market as a brand that take time to research the best clothes…turns out they steal from smaller brands. They bought tons of sports bra’s from MAAREE using company emails and the companies address just to release the same sports bra

They have only posted me one of the two items that I ordered months ago.
The missing item was never dispatched. Their only customer service contact option leads to an AI chatbot which just regurgitated my order to me via email. Not sure how to get my clothes or a refund. Will never buy from Champion again.

Ordered clothes 24/05/26. Expected delivery 01/06/26. Delivered 11/06/26. Sent two emails to Champion on the 4th and 6th June and no response. Received an email on 12/06/26 after the delivery had arrived. Clothes as expected and fit nice but the experience with the delivery and zero customer service is why I give it only 1 star. It is irrelevant how good the product is if you have to wait without any information for nearly two weeks. Customer service is everything.

I bought two bras from them same size different colors. When they arrived they were obviously two different sizes although both marked the same size. I contacted customer service and they reimbursed but made me pay the shipping for their mistake. Also they never posted my review. I don't trust them anymore and you shouldn't either.

Are boss bought hoodies from thses losers, What useless clothing, the fabric is rotten, the pocket just ripped and fabric is so rotten it just kept going lol, I love how useless these company ceos are, a lizard trash pig will be nothing more then useless, fabric must be from trash china, ww3 econ so happy cause most of them will not last. Sent the wrong size item but they refuse to do exchanges. So due to a mistake I didn't make I had to return my items. Then wait for my refund. Then I had to make another order and pay again for delivery. I decided to just return the item and source another from a different clothing store.

So I ordered some clothes on the 2nd of January, I check the shipping link (the shipper was DHL by the way) every couple of days or so, and then my package, as the website was saying, was driving from Germany to Poland, but never got registered to have arrived in Poland. That was January 8th, like a week later, after it was still stuck, I reached out to DHL, they said, that It might be traffic or maybe customs, a few days later after nothing moving, I wrote again to DHL, now they said, that they don’t even have my package, that felt weird, but DHL asked me to reach out to the seller for more info, so on January 22 I wrote to Champion.eu’s email support, I kindly said, that that was my problem, DHL told me to reach out and I said, that I’d love to know what’s going on. Then, without any response, I wrote again on January 24th, but now I said, that I’d like to know if my package is coming, and if not, am I getting a refund, if my email is not replied to by the 26th, I’ll reach out to EU consumer protection channels. They replied- but only on the 29th, they promised a refund, on February 2 it came through, so I got my refund, but with how slow responses take, I risked almost 400 euros, I wouldn’t do that if I were you.

Ero terrorizzata dalle recensioni che ho letto qui, dopo aver effettuato un ordine, infatti volevo annullarlo ma non si poteva. Invece ho ricevuto la merce abbastanza in fretta. È stata spedita 5 giorni dopo l'acquisto (ciò che mi ha fatto insospettire) ma poi in realtà è andato tutto liscio. È arrivata in 3 giorni e ciò che ho ordinato corrisponde, molto bella la tuta.
Scrivo una buona recensione per tranquillizzare altri clienti che hanno fatto un ordine e vengono qui temendo di essere stati fregati. Anche il servizio email rispondeva abbastanza in fretta.

I had always liked Champion products. Have not purchased many recently. But, because i am into ball support underwear - I purchased some of their boxer briefs total pouch support.

They are tight and hold things in place. I use them only for working out at the gym. For everyday wear, I go with Shinesty or Me Undies. These are really restrictive.

They are cotton, wash well, and are good for gym.

The socks wear poorly and are absolute TRASH. I contacted the company and was told THAT THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR MERCHANDISE. I am a former longtime customer.

Es cierto, es un timo total. Cuando vas a devolver te dicen que ha pasado el plazo y no es cierto. Escribes al email y no contestan, el chat que tienen tampoco. Sólo han contestado por Instagram diciendo que no es un canal de atención al público. Ojo, es un timo

Non-existent customer service - placed a large order just before Christmas. When going through the package, I noticed 4 products were missing, while we gained an extra one we didn't order (and wanted to return). I emailed customer services, listing the missing and extra items and asking for this to be resolved. As not to muddle the process, I didn't start an official return for a couple of things I also wanted to send back. Not having heard from the CS, I turned to their return portal, only to not be allowed to start the return, even though I was well within the 14-day return period. Emailed CS again with this issue, no reply. The Chatbot also doesn't work, as others experienced. This was not our 1st time ordering from Champion and we didn't have a bad experience previously. Ironically, when we ordered for the 1st time (about a year ago), there was very little CS related web information, and the return process was a bit clanky. Now, it seems the company cares very much about their customers' experience but only 'on the paper' with no actual action. Sad..

I am extremely disappointed with Champion customer service. According to their own return policy, orders placed between 17 November and 23 December qualify for an extended 45-day return period. My order falls within this timeframe, yet their return portal does not accept my return. I have sent email after email to customer service and have received no response whatsoever. There has been zero effort to resolve this issue or even acknowledge my messages.
The automated online chat is a waste of time.... they take your name, email - then no one comes back to you! Tried it numerous times in case it was a technical glitch, but still the same - no response at all.
Even tried FB message as not getting anywhere on any of their 'contact us' platforms.
Customer service is VERY VERY poor and the lack of communication is totally disgusting. I am still waiting to hear back from them after 2 weeks of messaging them.
I don't usually write reviews, but was so disgusted with Champion, I felt I had to.
I'm sharing my review, so other customers are aware of the issues you may face if you need to make a return.
I have items that need refunding due to their colours online being nothing like the item in person. But currently out of pocket!!
Worst service I have ever used. Would not recommend!!!

This company is an ultimative scam, products are not getting shipped and money is not getting refunded. They will leave you on read and hope that you will just give up so they can keep the money and the purchased products. This company is probably commiting fraud and their customer service is horrific

Hasta hoy fan de la marca. Como actualmente ya no tienen la ropa en el CIngles y no encontre tienda fisica cerca. Hice una compra grande por la web. PRIMERA Y ULTIMA VEZ.
En el paquete no metieron el formulario y me da error el acceso a la etiqueta de devolución.
Les escribo correos a championstore y no contestan.
Tienen un tlfn solo en inglés o italiano.
NO COMPRAR EN LA WEB DE CHAMPION, ES UN TIMO, SI QUIERES DEVOLVER ALGO SERA DIFICIL O EN MI CASO IMPOSIBLE.

I wanted to write a review because after placing an order and seeing the rating I was afraid I would never see my order arrive. I ordered a pair of shoes and 3 pair of socks. The first week the status of the order remained on 'unfulfilled', understandable as it was black friday, and christmas holidays are approaching. I wrote an email to ask for an update, and the next day the order was shipped. Overall, I would have appreciated a bit more communication, but after 3 days I had an email back telling me that the order was on its way - and I must say it arrived very quickly. Also convenient that I could ask to deliver it in a pick-up location. So good experience overall.
