Carl and his team are second to none I have been using CG Cars for a few years now they are HONEST highly skilled and trustworthy I even have sent friends there and have been well looked after?
I will never take my car anywhere else total confidence thank you all.

Hi, would just like to say how happy I am with c and g. Fitted a new turbo on my Peugeot partner van with all the new pipe work about a month ago, which they did very quickly for me. Van runs like a dream after previously taking it somewhere else who didn’t carry the work out properly and was still smoking badly. C and g was recommended to me by someone and I’ll fully recommend them myself. Thankyou very much and also to receptionist who kept me informed all the time over the couple of days my van was there👍

Took my camper conversion in for the annual MOT which cost me , which I expected as it’s getting on now , had an issue to sort out afterwards, which Carl dealt with swiftly and professionally as he always does in my experience, this is a great garage

I had a challenging experience when my car broke down on Friday, and the breakdown service wouldn’t pick up my daughter and me, due to no warning lights on the car!! Thankfully, Carl from CG Cars came to our rescue. He not only collected and repaired my vehicle but also had it fixed by Monday at 2 PM. Highly recommended for reliable and efficient service!

I had the worst experience ever. The owner of the garage has a bad attitude, lack of knowledge and he likes to charge but fixes nothing.

Anyone that uses different company names for their company is a massive red flag. So the car I was interested in is a no go for me. All you have to do is use ‘company check’ or ‘gov’ to see the holes in these companies.

Told me the repairs to a third party’s car whose bumper I scratched would cost much more through insurance, shouted at me and then put the phone down on me.
I went through insurance and it didn’t cost me a penny, I didn’t loose my no claims bonus and my premiums haven’t gone up. I don’t know what their work is like but I wouldn’t trust them with my car

Big shout out to Carl and the team as always they go above and beyond the norm today they sorted my daughters car with very little notice but as she was booked to go on holiday Carl got in early to sort the fault out thanks again

Took our Motorhome down for an airbag repair. Needed the ecu unit sending off and went above and beyond to get us in so we could go away

Carried out MOT and a full service and some minor repairs / replacement on my nine-year-old supermini
Low standards of work, no seat protectors, no wiping after the car, I had to have the car aired and valeted after every time some work was carried out, a box that anyone can get into for posting keys to drop a car off early, keys left hanging outside for everyone to see. Bullies who round up prices for everything and charge way above industry standard for everything. Don’t bother bringing your parts, you will get charged for everything twice.

I'm not from Leicester, I'm from York. I experienced engine failure, called AA, they were unable to do roadside repairs. The AA man advised CG Cars, as the AA man was local to Leicester I appreciated the suggestion. My problem started on Sunday (unfortunately for me, CG Cars aren't open on Sunday. Worse still, Monday was a Bank Holiday.
1st thing Tuesday, my daughter drove to CG Cars (which is where my car had been towed to) so that I could attempt to book my car in for diagnostics and repair.
I explained my situation to Carl, he was really understanding of my circumstances. Despite a busy work schedule, he was able to complete the repair (2 prices quoted depending on which out of 2 problems the car had). The communication was spot on. I wasn't left hanging. I recieved a message at about 2pm with total costs, and a time for collection.
I arrived at 3.55pm, message said car would be ready at 4pm. Lo and behold my car was ready. No hidden costs, 100% helpful.
If I was local / living in Leicester, I would definitely use CG Cars for all my car's upkeep.
Massive thank you for you kindness. My customer experience quite probably has been the best ever from a garage in my 30 (ish) years of driving.

Perfect service! Diagnosed failed dual mass flywheel, sourced parts and kept me updated as there is a country wide shortage on slave cylinders for my car. Called me said parts were in and fitted clutch flywheel and associated parts in a day. Well happy. Would definitely recommend
