Having checked DPD tracking I can see that your parcel was delayed at the DPD hub. Fortunately DPD delays are very rare but we do always advise it is best to allow 2 working days for deliveries as delays can sometimes happen that are outwith our control.

I bought from cfw.co.uk Callebaut Ruby, Gold, & Sephra white.
Sephra has Callebaut chocolate at cheaper prices. The Sephra chocolate brand is actually repackaged Callebaut chocolate. In the past, I encountered short dated chocolate so now before I place an order, I message them for the expiration date. But that’s not my main complaint. My biggest problem was the terrible box it came in. Box was split open when arrived. Shreds of cardboard fell out of the box making a mess. The chocolate bags could’ve split open and spilled everywhere and I could’ve lost a lot of chocolate. Sephra, if you’re reading this, please ship boxes with better packaging. Thankfully the chocolate arrived in good shape. I will probably buy again because I’m not paying full price for Callebaut. Callebaut Velvet white chocolate is too expensive compared to Sephra white chocolate.
I brought it all back to America. I know I could’ve used sephrausa, but I’m not paying retail or $4.70 per pound for short dated white chocolate. CFW charges $3.50 dollars per pound after converting to US dollars. I’d rather bring back chocolate then pay 35% more for short dated chocolate. Overall great quality chocolate.
