Stunning, affordable crockery and fantastic service. My beautiful plates and bowls arrived having been carefully wrapped for transportation. The quality on opening was better than I could ever have hoped: true, artisanal products, lovingly made. Sergio kept me informed on the progress of my order all the way through the shipping process, and in a funny way, made me feel part of the Cerami family with his personable and warm emails. I will definitely be ordering more beautiful bowls again soon. Simply superb.

We recently ordered the Madalena serving platter off Sergio’s website. It arrived within 2 days (even during Covid-19) and it’s absolutely beautiful. Sergio was so helpful and quick to respond to emails and the whole shopping experience was great, I can’t recommend this site enough! Already planning my second order!

It was the beautiful hand made pieces that attracted us to Cerami. That was before we experienced the amazing customer service of Sergio and Team - especially in light of the Covid 19 impacting on us all.

After spending hours (literally) going through everything we made the step of picking what we wanted. That was no simple task given we wanted each plate, bowl, pasta bowl and side plate different :-) and there are so many beautiful designs and colours to pick from.

Sergio was on hand and helped us in all our questions and when some of the dishes were broken in transit (which i am not sure how given the packaging it all came in) he was very quick to get them replaced and sent back out.

We will be back Sergio for more and thank you again for everything. Very highly recommended

Today our dinner set for 6 people (24 piece setting), deep large serving platter & large serving bowl, all from the Madalena collection, was delivered. All pieces arrived in perfect condition because they had been so well packaged. We are beyond thrilled with it all! Each piece is handcrafted and truly unique just as advertised. We ordered it for everyday use and it will certainly enhance every meal time because it is just so beautiful. We were tempted to ‘save it for best’ because it is just so stunning but decided to stick to our original plan because we want to use it and see it all the time! The customer service provided by Cerami was first class. Your questions are answered immediately as you shop. So pleased that we came across them in our search for new tableware. Don’t hesitate to order from them, you will not regret it.

Amazing crockery and even more top notch customer service! One of my plates arrived damaged and it was replaced very quickly . An extra gift was enclosed as a surprise as I am frontline ambulance crew which was to say thanks!!!

So far my experience with Cerami has being nothing but exceptional. I am awaiting my delivery of some stunning pieces at the moment, if the service I have recieved so far is anything to go by, I am almost certain I am going to be very very happy. Having exchanged some quite lovely kind words with Sergio I can honestly say that that in itself will be enough to make me buy again from Cerami. We all need words of kindness at the moment and it wont be forgotten. If your into crockery then defo check out there stuff, it is all hand picked and absolutely beautiful! And if crockery isnt your thing, I think it might just be after a visit haha

I cannot commend Cerami highly enough. I had been looking for unique, artisan crockery at a reasonable price for quite some time and couldn't believe it when I finally happened upon the Cerami website; so many beautiful products to choose from. I am now the delighted owner of the Gaia dinner set and stunning Lola plate. Sergio simply could have not done any more to advise and help; such a lovely person to deal with from beginning to end of the transaction. Really great and important to support a fabulous small business like this; I'd highly recommend Cerami to anyone. Treat yourself; you wont be disappointed!!

Just been gifted an absolutely beautiful Cerami Aline dinnerware set and instantly fell in love with it! I love the artisan feel of the ceramics, the uniqueness of each piece and those cups are so iresistible, they just call for you to fill them with something warm and hold them between your palms in a cosy corner.
I keep on opening the Cerami website just to look at the beautiful pieces and colors.
Will keep ordering for myself and friends!
