Great customer service.
There was a bit of an issue with my order when it arrived, but Cerami were brilliant sorting it out, with no problems at all.
Great service - and very nice pasta bowls too!

After accidentally placing an order for a full dinner set (was finding it hard to make up my mind!), this was cancelled for me with no issues at all. I subsequently ordered a selection of dinner plates, side plates and bowls which arrived really surprisingly quickly (mainland UK) and incredibly well packaged. The dinner plates definitely have a different tone to the imagery (lighter), but others almost exactly as described. And I don't mind the variation at all as they are all so beautiful together. Really pleased I bought these instead of a bog standard set from a chain.

Package arrived quickly, crockery is gorgeous and it feels great to support a small business. Will return for more!!

This is my first order with Cerami, and I’m very impressed! I ordered two coffee beakers as a present for my son and his girlfriend. After ordering I received an email to say thank you which was a nice touch and my order arrived promptly and was very well packaged. The beakers are beautiful and I’m sure they will be well received 😊

I was looking for a nice bowl for Christmas to hold all my chocolate goodies (and fruit for when I'm feeling healthy) and came across Cerami on Instagram. I wanted a nice ceramic handmade bowl and they seemed to have exactly what I was looking for. I went with the Emilija Medium Serving bowl as it looked to be a decent size. After I ordered I received a lovely message from the company thanking me for the support which was such a lovely surprise. I was a bit worried about ordering something so delicate through the post but my bowl was securely wrapped and arrived in one piece. The bowl itself is exactly what I wanted. It's beautifully made and the perfect size. I'm so happy with it I've just purchased another!

I came across Cerami on an Instagram advertisement and thought it was too good to be true. I had my eye on a dining set (the Sara) and had adored it for at least 10 days. But when I had made my mind up to purchase it, there was only a single set left in stock.
I spoke online to Sergio about making a bespoke crockery set. This worked out cheaper than the separate items I had in the basket not to mention Sergio honoured a discount on top of the sale price!
As the items I ordered were the very last pieces I was very weary if any may have became damaged in transit Cerami would be unable to replace them. Sergio reassured me they package items very well (they use paper and its all recyclable!).

Sergio and Tommy (the owners) worked with me around my busy work schedule to hand deliver my items!!

Tommy and Sergio provide a first class customer service, are friendly and very helpful.

They are a small business that has been running for 3 years now and they ensure the quality of the crockery they supply. My items are unique as each crockery item is individual - I love it!

I spent quite a few weeks looking for a perfect stoneware dining set. Finally I came across Cerami and saw their "Helena" dining set and I fell in love with it straight away. Unfortunately, luck was not on my side and set was completely out of stock. I got in touch with Sergio and he advised that they will have some more stock in a couple of weeks. Sergio got in touch sooner than expected and I placed my order. It arrived within 5 working days and a lot of care went into packing each peace individually to avoid any transporation damage.
My dining set looks beautiful, excellent quality and I am absolutely over the moon! One plate has a tiny chip on it and Sergio promised to send a replacement without any hesitation.
Fantastic product and excellent service! I cannot fault Cerami and I am very pleased with my dining set. The only suggestion that I could make is to consider more eco friendly packing materials, I compleletely understand the need for it, but I feel a guilty for producing so much bubble wrap waste. Other than that, you are perfect :)

Absolutey thrilled with my 6 piece dinner set from Cerami. Every single piece is so beautiful and well-made. It was difficult to choose between the designs as they are all so gorgeous! The communication from the seller was excellent when (despite being so well wrapped) 2 pieces had been broken in transit by the couriers. Replacements were sent out straight away and arrived safely. I have already recommended Cerami to friends and family. Fantastic purchase!

I ordered a 4 place set of plates (large and small)/pasta dishes/bowls as well as 4 mix and match mugs from Cerami. The options are all absolutely beautiful and well-priced considering they are artisan and not mass produced (there was a sale and I did find a coupon as well). The communication from the seller was excellent and the shipping partner used kept me updated throughout. My order arrived quickly and unbelievably well-packaged. Absolutely thrilled to have a lovely, set of dish ware that will hopefully last me forever. Would recommend Cerami without reservation.

I just received my plates from Cerami and they are absolutely stunning!!! I’m so impressed with the quality and will definitely be ordering more in the future - the price tag is worth it. The customer service was second to none and the plates were hand delivered by the founder themself- wow! I will definitely be recommending

Ok, lets talk about the Customer Service first - out of this world! I literally messaged the guys asking about when a set will be in stock and from there on my life was sorted because they are sooooo good! I got all the info I needed, I got the set created, ordered and then delivered to myself straight after it arrived from Portugal;
Basically the best Customer Service I have ever dealt with;
Now, lets talk about plates - these are handmade in Portugal so not cheap but that is to be expected (just to say handmade again); I waited a few weeks after getting them to write this review so that I could actually use them for awhile; So far they have been flawless;
First they are very pretty; They are also fairly heavy which is what a handmade plate should be like!
Second they handle dishwashing very very well!
Microwave? No problem!
Overall absolutely no complains with the product, its brilliant;

Highly recommend them!

The quality and individuality of the crockery from this company is outstanding. I have made many purchases now and have been delighted with them all. There have been a couple of problems from courier handling, through no fault of Cerami and each time this has been rectified immediately. I don’t normally leave reviews but wow it’s the least this company deserves and it was actually other people’s reviews that caught my eye.

When I first found this website I thought it had to be fake, the reviews were too good. But after finding the dinner set I had dreamt of I decided to order. Cerami have gone above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my plates, always a quick response and nothing is ever too much of an ask!

Absolutely delighted by our crockery. Really beautiful craftsmanship, the photos don't do it justice. Fantastic service. We will treasure these pieces and will undoubtedly invest in further Cerami work. Can't recommend highly enough.
