Great service from start to finish, Simon and the team have been exceptionally helpful and have gone above and beyond any expectations. I would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a used car and I personally wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Paid £200 deposit for a car that I changed my mind on but not got my deposit back so keep well clear

Great experience from start to finish. There was a delay on the finance side of things but due to no fault of the dealerships as I’d just gotten a better offer which caused a small delay but was no issue or problem to the dealership very accommodating and patient. Made me aware of an issue with the car upon viewing but assured would be sorted and was fixed for collection so followed up as promised. Didn’t try to push extras with the car as I was on a bit of a budget payment wise but was very informative and giving me options in which I could go away and think about so didn’t feel pressured to take anything else. Overall very happy with the experience from start to end.

We drove up from south Wales to purchase a kia from this garage. And we cannot fault the process at all. Simon was fantastic. Very friendly and thorough, great customer service. Few minors on the mot prior to collecting and these were rectified before taking the car away despite it not being a requirement. Highly recommend this place it was worth the long drive to come away feeling at ease with your purchase. Thank you.

Once again I was foolish enough to call in once again.i was driving past and noticed a Mazda Mx 5 for sale so I thought ey up that looks nice but anyway after looking it over I decided it wasn't for me .anyway I asked the young lad wat he thought my car was worth and he came back with an offer which to be fair wasn't too shabby anyway Wen I told him the Mazda wasn't for me he looked at me in a strange way lol.and his response was well we don't deal in your type of car which by the way is a Mazda 2 in mint condition with extremely low mileage full SVC history.lol and Wen I told him I want a little more than he was offering because of the condition and extremely low mileage he wouldn't budge plus he wouldn't even come away from his computer to even look at my car.so nil points from me .ok I have just received an answer from century motors and wat a big lie .lol for starters Wen they did my valuation it was not and I repeat not £10.000 pounds it was £9000 pounds and I in no way said Mazda had offered me £11.200 pounds lol .big massive joke and a big massive lie on their part

What can I say we bought a ford kuga of them last year within the first month it needed a new water pump and new timing belt and thermostat thought was all good as when we bought it they said it was all perfect etc we took it for a test drive and nothing was wrong well its now in the garage we trust having a new engine and a new clutch yep costing us thousands of pounds to get it done as its
on finance so paying for a car we don't have or paying for it to get fixes paying finance off and car is ours honestly if you buy a car from these people have a mechanic go with you to check the car over properly as id hate for this to happen to you oh and the company wont accept reliability we haven't even had a car a year yet the mechanic who has the old engine have told us that they should of known the car was having problems with the engine clutch etc before they even put it on the forecourt as it looks like a old problem that has never been sorted

I bought a car from them and today I lost almost everything and now I am on the road, because I trusted them, I did not test the car, I never understood that they could give me a broken car, I told them about the problem of the car, they treated me as if they did not know me, after buying the car I almost got depressed, I tried a lots to at least look into the problem of the car, but they did not pick up my phone, they will definitely know the results of cheating me one day, people are going to buy a dream car with their hard-earned money from you, will you give them a bad car, you may not understand that you have ruined a person's dream in the hope of earning a few pounds, I know that my review will not do you much harm, because you will show me the law, I am not lying you know it very well, very disappointing

From the beginning to the end, my experience with Century Motors was fantastic. Simon was very helpful, there to answer any questions even after the purchase of the car! The company is very professional and thorough, ensuring that you are covered at all costs! Overall, this was a very stress free journey which led me to leaving that dealership thrilled with my purchase.

I rang to enquire about a car, asking if it was still for sale. Simon said it was but to put a hold on I could place a £100 deposit; meaning they wouldn’t show it to another person till I had been to look.
I drove up to look at the car. Spoke to Simon who gave me the keys, told me to take my time and look over the car & to let him know when I was ready!
Loved the car! The sale was a breeze, the paperwork was handled prior to me collecting the vehicle, it was MOT & cleaned ready for me to collect, I was only needed for a few minutes to finalise tax & signing to accept the car.
Simon made the whole car buying process less stressful, he answered all my questions about the car that he could & has been more than willing to talk to me if I needed it. He gave me space when I needed it and wasn’t pushy or rushed me.

Called before our 2 hour journey to see a car, only to be told on arrival they had sold the car already. Cowboys selling cars from a shack in Sheffield. Avoid.

Very happy with my new car and the purchase price. Simon negotiated my sale - all staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Car came with a fresh MOT and one month/1000 mile warranty (additional can be purchased). Thank you Century Motors.

Been treated to some excellent service at Century Motors. Bought a car there last year, and late july I went back to buy a car for my son. Great experience both times I've been there, and super happy about the customer service they've given me.

From going to view a car to bringing it home the service was fantastic, no pressure at all when viewing cars which is a first as usually car dealers are on your back to buy.
Ryan and Simon were very understanding with me being very ditsy and talked me through everything thoroughly.
The car I've bought is spotless and drives a dream.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I've only given these cowboys 1 star because I can't give zero.

Sold me a faulty car. Car was delivered to me. Turned on the ignition for the very first time, and the car was literally rattling! I sent them a video, and they miraculously diagnosed a faulty flywheel, how they would know that over a 5 second video is genius.

I drove the car the next day, dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Power steering, ABS, traction control, electric handbrake to name a few!

I notified century motors I didn't want this faulty car. They refused to collect it, telling me it was my responsibility to return it. Even though it wasn't safe to be driven.

After THREE WEEKS, they finally collected the vehicle. I was then told they were refusing the return of the car on the basis that they "couldn't replicate the faults". My finance company sent out an independent engineer. The report from the independent engineer highlighted that there was in fact a fault with the flywheel AND clutch. They also reported problems with the battery and alternator. I have the report to prove this. The fact it was proven to be the flywheel causing the sound that they diagnosed over a video proves that they knew the car had this issue at point of sale.

The cowboys were given 14 days to return my deposit of £3,000. And did they return it? No. No they didn't. I am still waiting.

The car was delivered to me on Friday 17 May. It is now Thursday 1 August. Eleven weeks since the FAULTY car was delivered, and they STILL refuse to pay me my deposit back. Bearing in mind the dodgy car is now back on their website for sale!

There was a large dent on the car, which they didn't tell me about, nor was it mentioned on their advert for the car.

They did a fresh MOT. The car was given four advisories, for all four tyres. They didn't tell me about this nor did they give me any paperwork to let me know this work needed to be carried out.

They didn't send off the logbook. So when I notified the DVLA I no longer had the car, I had to first inform them that I actually did have it in the first place.

I've honestly never known anything like it.

Avoid at all costs. Conmen at their finest!
