This is not 5 stars - this is just not true; This is the worst hotel that is called 5 stars i have stayed in .
We booked as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) in two rooms. We asked for 2 single beds in one room and got 2 double beds - in which case we could have just checked into another hotel (which in the end we did). This is over priced and not worth your hard earned money . So here are the issues:
1. Poor service : breakfast - no waiters, no glasses, no chairs
2. The size of the beach is small - so no sunlounge chairs
3. The rooms are small with poor cheap decor and limited storage (we booked a premium room) . The photos are misleading
4. The hotel was so bad, we had to checkout early and go to a proper hotel commensurate with its 5 star classification
5. we booked a 2 rooms - 2 single beds in one room and a double in the other. They gave us 2 rooms with 2 double beds and said nothing was available.
6. There is one pool and it is small and the kids pool is more like a large bath tub
7. The staff seem unqualified and untrained with poor command of english
If you are looking for a 5 star experience, then avoid this hotel
