Evengo.co.uk and celebrate just right are both the same company I found this out after placing a booking with this company. I booked a dwarf then got cancelled on and no refund or anyway of contact.

I spoke to other companies who explained they changed their domain to evengo due to all the bad reviews and fraud. They now use fake reviews but try to hide the true feedback by changing domain names. They will take your money and you won’t get the service. So contact bank and do a charge back

ZERO communication - not bothered with customer service. Make their money from the deposit and don't care if you cancel or not. they rely on google search and that you only have stag do once so who cares about repeat business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Booked entertainment… no show… no sign of getting deposit back

I booked for my birthday party last night and no show.. couldn't contact or no contact with me to say anything

Very unprofessional and so unhappy about this and paid £60.
Deposit.. waiting on reply.. steer clear and sorry I didn't see reviews before hand...I will take this further

Steer clear! Immensely inappropriate actions and total unprofessionalism from the performers, we were all left feeling extremely uncomfortable. Awful customer service from the company itself. Poor communication and just weird behaviour from all involved! We were quoted one price and demanded higher on the night. It's all a scam.

SCAMMERS- Paid 100 deposit cancelled day before said we would get a refund, never given, after searching and searching found an email address they said as it’s been 3 months they can’t refund, when any company should keep paperwork for 2 years minimum

Basically take your money and cancel and keep it

Do not waste your money on this company they offer a service and do not deliver. We booked a dwarf for a hen do we where attending in Dublin they sent me a text message a few hours before we where supposed to meet at Thai point we where just about to bored our flight causing a lot of stress! We tired to contact the company through phone text and email and had no response phone calls where all automated calls ! The text message stated how the cancellation was due to sickness and offered us an alternative stripper which the bride did not want but because they didn’t give us a choice of refund we had to press an option so we selected a funny stripper so we didn’t loose out on our deposit and to not ruin the mood of the hen do being let down already however this just went from bad to worse as the funny stripper refused to meet where it stated in a public place he wanted to attend our hotel room which we didn’t feel comfortable with and cancelled! Countless emails later and over 2 weeks to respond they are declining our refund! I spoke to the (funny stripper) who said there was no dwarf entertainers in Dublin that month and the computer knew that but still took our money knowing we wouldn’t be getting one I also booked this 2 months in advance !

THEY CANCELLED LAST MINUTE - refused to refund our deposit as offered to move to another day - but we had other plans and could not fit that in - seeing as they cancelled saying the leprechaun was poorly - they should refund deposit - after asking questions I am not sure if he actually exsists.

Booked a stripper to arrive yesterday at my friends 50 th .. paid £40 deposit online.. then you pay the rest in cash to stripper.. HE DIDNT SHOW UP..
He eventually replied today to my angry text .. it was vile 😡 Basically laughed and said he hadn’t conned me ..then said HE had a great night 😤…

Terrible company misleading website do not use! You don't get what you order. Selected an entertainer and was allocated somebody completely different. Contacted them and they basically said you get what they send and deposits are non refundable. Very misleading would not recommend

Did not even want to give a star at all. Booked a stripper for my daughters hen do and at the very last minute cancelled with no reason whatsoever!! We were absolutely gutted and my daughter was in tears on her day as was meant to be the biggest part of her hen do and left it far to late to organise anything else. Being a big company I would of thought they could of organised another stripper or even offered some other entertainment in its place. Very disappointing.

Absolute scam please read and avoid save your money as they just take your money! You have a selection to choose from which is not even real as you don’t get anyone like that it a website from a gay company in Germany as the butler who was going to attend my event messaged me a week before and I was like who are you you are not who I have booked.. this was his message to me and he works for them! He basically said they are a scam and send anyone they want and you’re lucky if anyone turns up! You can’t contact them as no contact number honestly I have emailed someone called Sarah who is so rude and told me she had cancelled my even and I won’t be getting a refund all because I asked her to show me who was attending my event to avoid disappointment for the hen! Dave told me how bad the company is and he works for them! This has ruined the party I was going to have but glad I found out now and lost £130 I will be taking this further as after reading these reviews this place needs to be stopped as they just take your money and send whoever and at times no one turned up and u still loose your money as they have this stupid terms and conditions that is basically to rip people off! They need closing down !

I would like to give no stars. This company is a con. Unfortunately did not read reviews prior to booking. As experience is similar to the others. Booked a dwarf told they had covid 2nd stripper booked on the day of booking. 2nd stripper half an hour before event. That she had an accident on the motorway. They have only got a double act which I had to pay double the amount.

Scam company! Take your money and fail to provide what you paid for. Then you just get harassed by a bunch of strippers that were messed around by them too

AWFUL I WOULD AVOID. Cancelled on me days before gave me no option for my money back. No one picks the phone up or emails you back. Just clearly keeps your money and fobs you off. I wish I had read the reviews before I booked. Disgusting company I’d avoid at all cost

Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before booking. We also booked the dwarf for our friends hen do but on the day were told he had covid. How many times can this poor man get covid? I think reading the reviews, perhaps the dwarf doesn’t even exist and they just say it as a way of securing your booking. We were given another man and he brought a friend along that MC’d the whole thing it was a bit weird. It wasn’t a disaster in the end but definitely not what we wanted. You should give people what they order. He was also 2 hours late.

Fraudsters!!!!! Cancelled dwarf due to Covid offered us a stripper or doninatrix and she cancelled as it was a family party and asked for double the money! We said no they cancelled!! No refund issued! Now with fraud team at bank!!! Not answering emails and stole our deposit!!! We have witness to be call as two people spoke!!

Shocking experience! Organised a dwarf pub crawl for the stag (my fella!) dwarf cancelled ON THE DAY saying he had covid! (This was yesterday!) Offered 2 alternatives. A dominatrix or a stripper. Did not want a stripper and was to late to find anything else for him so we chose the Dom. Who was supposed to embarrass him and undress HIM! Instead she undressed herself! (Remember we didn’t want a stripper!!) then she decided to sit on his face with no knickers on! She barely spanked him! Didn’t undress him! Got herself naked instead and sat on his face!! Lips to lips! Completely unacceptable. We didn’t want a stripper so why send a stripper pretending to be a Dom! The only person she embarrassed was herself! Shes no spring chicken either and nothing at all to look at. Everyone was disappointed. Everyone was fuming! Do NOT recommend this company at all and absolutely do not recommend the Dom for stags!! These men are getting married and she thinks it’s acceptable to do that! NEVER AGAIN.
