Have called every day for over a month - no answer. I am still being bombarded with letters, which has hospitalised me because of my mental health.
So received a fine from DVLA thru them, tried calling a few times - no pickup, tried email - finally got a reply to send out a name, post code and car reg, after that no reply for over 2 months, still would be waiting but had to pay it since managed to receive a second letter. Terrible customer servince!!!
I tried to pay a debt on behalf of my grandson as he is at work during CCS office hours. I was advised that he should send an email authorising me to act for him. This was done but I was informed by an agent that it had not reached his file and that it might take two or three hours.
I subsequently rang again but was then told to wait a week for the email to reach his file. I have registered a complaint but got back a standard reply saying more emails were being received than usual and fewer team members were available.

My review is not for the company but the individual working there spoke to a member of staff today called Sarah have to say yeah 5 ⭐️ All day long She is a great person great character and great employee a asset to the team very helpful and she goes beyond her needs to assure customers needs are met and comfortable enough for them had a missed call from cc’s and spoke to her and had it dealt with in a professional manner top employee she deserves to take a deep breather and relax with all the excellent work she’s doing thank you and have a good day

Please be aware of this company they asked me to pay an amount of £800 for HMRC, I have tried to contact them and I've sent them many emails but they didn't get back to me.
I contacted my accountant and they said they are scammers.

Well what can I say I've been contacted by these fraudster regarding a vodaphone contract, well I've never had a vodaphone contract, will never have a vodaphone contract, I've contacted vodaphone about this low and behold no information regarding any account in my name EVER!
They can't even get my name right.
Premium number had me on hold abit too long for my liking and the case numbers werent working . Finally got hold of someone a advisor called Ethen who was friendly helpful and gave a toss about more than just my money I explained my Mrs was pregnant and he said not to worry about doing anything today he's put things on hold till payday and said when I call back I can still ask to do half now half next time if it makes things easier at home . Top lad
They are a joke sent me a email about a Vodafone account that's not mine you call all you get is a answer machine sent three emails not reply I've made a complaint to there so called complaints department no reply
This company operates on a nuisance basis in our case we have taken hours on a non existent debt. Best way to deal with it is to bombard their CEO jon goodbold and keep on sending to him hourly daily until he sees that they are claiming an ulawful debt by persistance and hoping person being pursued will give in.
My son, who has a recognised condition on the autistic spectrum, had a gym membership with a company called Anytime Fitness. Back in December 2020 we agreed with the gym company to cease his gym membership and there was nothing to pay.... unfortunately somehow CCSCollect became involved (they claim they were sent the file in May, which is unproven). For the last 2 months this spineless excuse of a debt collection company has harrassed my son on email and now started writing making threats. I got involved and forwarded emails from Anytime Fitness to CCSCollect proving that the account had been closed. The matter is still ongoing as CCSCollect "need to verify this with their client". CCSCollect have been told countless times of my son's health condition and they have all the evidence as provided by Anytime Fitness to close this case. CCSCollect don't even adhere to the Credit Services Authority (CSA) code of conduct, since in this particular matter they didn't follow at least 5 sections of the code of practice they are required to follow. Their managing director, whose details are on ceoemail and LinkedIn, hides in the dark shadows, and doesn't communicate, and their call centre staff are unhelpful (at best) and rude (at worst).... even Anytime Fitness is thinking of raising a formal complaint against CCSCollect about their poor service!!!!! CCSCollect ought to be ashamed of themselves - they have no moral compass and clearly they are more intent on pursuing vulnerable individuals for money with complete ignorance to their client telling them the matter is settled and to stop all activity!!! Utterly shameful and something the CSA and Financial Conduct Authority needs to look in to as a matter of urgency.

I received a cryptic letter that I thought was a scam, no info or details or the reason they were contacting.
I call and they tell me I owe money for the property I'm currently at. I call a second time and they have an entirely different version of the story - I owe money for a previous property I rented. No breakdown of the charge, no details on why I was being contacted - only rude, incompetent customer service.
I have since gone to the source (utilities provider) and discovered that they are chasing me about a property I left well over a year ago, which they incorrectly continued to charge me for.
After failing to get through on the phone, I have since emailed CCS twice to confirm that they have received confirmation that I will pay back straight to the utilities provider. ZERO acknowledgement or answer.
Awful and utterly shameful company. Companies should use better debt collection agencies if they care even a tiny bit about customers' wellbeing.
What a joke this company is. Phone calls go unanswered , emails ignored and call back requests do not happen.
My wife has logged evidence of her attempts to contact this bunch of clowns.
If (when) Vodafone terminate her contract she will be more than happy and equipped to take her matter further.
Con artists - received a letter saying I had a debt from companies house - I went onto companies house website to discover I was up to date in filing.
Where do I begin !!!
I took out a SIM ONLY contract with Vodafone on 18th December 2018 due to issues with my existing O2 contract but after the issues were resolved with O2 I cancelled the 12 month contract with Vodafone on the 19th November 2019 and that was after paying £15 per month for twelve months but the last 4/5 months I never used the phone to make calls or send texts the phone just sat indoors doing nothing even though Vodafone still was being paid the D/D each month and that was because the contract did not expire till December 2019.
Vodafone issued a PAC code on the 18th December which was to last for 30 days but the PAC code was never used so Vodafone cancelled it on the 16th January 2020 and ever since then they have been trying to BILL me for using this cancelled contract I have phoned Vodafone UK at Newbury on 5 separate occasions the first time in November 2019 giving them 30 days notice of cancelling this contract the later 4 times have been in trying to establish why they keep trying to bill me and here we are January 2021 and they are still billing me according to my Clear Score Credit File the debt is now up to £146 which I have told them in no uncertain ways they are never going to collect this Money all the time I am alive.
Since then Vodafone have put two Debt Collection Agencies onto me !

CCS Collect to try and collect but as I have told Vodafone and these Debt Collectors they are never going to win this Battle either this issue has been Logged with the CAB & Financial Ombudsman and the problemm with all this is Vodafone cannot find or trace the original contract or my ACCOUNT so how do they find the details to send to the Debt Collection Co's I have sent BIG,Big,Big review to Trustpilot saying what a SH*TH**E and Disgusting Company Vodafone are which has now rubbed off onto CCS Collect BIG,BIG,BIG review posted on Vodafone UK facebook site but they are all as useless as Chocolate Teapots they all seem to be Brainwashed Mindless Morons who don't understand plain Laymens English so the latest is in this Fiasco is I have now Blocked CCS Collect from sending me any more text messages and blocked their no from calling me and I have now spoken to a very nice Agent in the Vodafone Store near to where I live and she has confirmed that as soon as the Lockdown has ceased and the store is reopened then she is going to contact me so that I can visit the store to resolve this issue.
CCS Collect take note do not send any more Correspondence to me because it will be deposited in the Rubbish Bin.
I will control this situation from now on till it gets resolved by the Vodafone store when the situation is Tenable.
Vodafone And CCS have an agreement for every debt collected they get a percentage of it I am having problems with them over Vodafone and continually get banded from pillar to post
