CCS is harassing my son, who has poor mental health for a debt that has been paid, I paid it myself. They will not answer the phone, the only options you have is to pay again. CSS stop now, otherwise you may be responsible for someone harming themselves or worse, shame on you CSS, and Anytime Fitness Loudwater for engaging with such a vile company.
If there was any justice, everyone involved in this operation would have long been sent to prison never to see the light of day or given a fair trial and sent to the gallows.
I know for a fact that I don't owe anything to HMRC as I make it my policy to always pay them promptly. Yet this company are now harassing me by letter and text. I won't be contacting them and will be getting in touch with HMRC themselves to see what this total shambles is all about.
This company contacted me by email to collect a balance for a third party that had already paid. There was a telephone number on their email, which I rang to clear up the situation. It did not state it on the email, but this is a premium rate number that cost more than a pound per minute. My bill was £19 for 17 minutes spent on hold - nobody even answered. Scam artists that should be put out of business.
Constantly sending letters to my private address for someone else, I always return to sender, but they clearly like to annoy people by keep sending letters to my address, the person they are after is deceased, but they still insist on sending post here
CCS collection services are harassing me for a resolved debt with Sky I never owed.
They have been informed of this. The debt was dismissed by Sky's first collection agency and the matter was closed. This means that Sky have sold a bogus debt to 2 collection agencies.
My bank informed Sky legally why their direct debit was blocked. They took out 3 times the agreed monthly fee and hadn't met their contract obligations on 2 major counts when I set up the arrangement.
I understand that companies now employ useless staff whom don't log correspondence but I left a very clear email footprint which shows that all my correspondence was read.
Please dissist in sending me texts. I've moved house and they are frankly annoying me. I will give them 28 days to respond to a complaint with zero exceptions. This will have numbers questions to answer. If these aren't met I will automatically send to the ombudsman with the relevant references to support my complaint.

I told them that I’d paid everything up to date with the revenue and I owe nothing. Still received letters and each time the amount increased. Possibly the revenue thought for not updating this company but it’s just the constant texts and letters. Not good for anyone suffering anxiety, with the state of the economy and cost of living. I spoke to revenue this morning and confirmed that I don’t owe the money these people have been chasing me for. I was also told by revenue that these collection agencies aren’t supposed to add anything to the balance but it went up with each letter. I understand that they are doing their job but you really need to think about how much you hassle people and make their lives a misery

Scam letter saying I owe companies house £375.00. Companies House have never asked me for money and anything I pay to0 register by business is done through my management company. Shocking attempted fraude.
Complete Scam, had vehicle clamped, paid dvla fine immediatley. Now I've recieved letters from 4 of these 3rd party debt collecting agencies, even paid one of them before realising its a scam.
They dont have my name written correctly on the letter, these companies are working with the private clamping companies sending out scam letters. do not pay them as you will just get more from other companies coming through.
I have just spoken to a very nice man at CCScollect, called Dereece. He helped me to contact DVLA. and took me through the process to write to them and try and get the fine reversed. If the worst happens and I have to pay, I will contact them again and set up a payment plan.
I have seen the unhappy reviews but all I can say is my experience was very positive.

HMRC allocated my DD incorrectly.
Rang CCS to inform them as was expecting little help. They understood the issue and sent the claim back to HMRC straight away without any issues.
The experience of having someone who is ACTUALLY good at their job. I spoke to Ramelle Roberts from CCS, I gave a quick run down of the mishap my mum had with her dentist of them disposing of her denture. My mum filling in a form incorrectly. Back & fourth with the dentist, drama with Department of Work & Pension for not providing the appropriate paperwork after over 2weeks of requesting information from them.& the worry that has occurred thereafter. Ramelle listened & after finding out what type of benefits my mum is on, Ramelle gave us a very informative break down of the information we would need to gather and the time frame to get it to the CCS. My mum had been very worried that bailiffs were going to go to her home.
If you owe money to HMRC contact them directly to arrange a payment plan directly. I recently owed money to HMRC and when contacted by CCS I paid the full amount within 2 days. CCS kept the money for 10 days and then told me that it would 4-5 WEEKS for the payment to show up on my account. Had I known this I would have paid HMRC directly as it shows up on my account within 3 days. In the meantime I am being sent penalty and demand letters from HMRC. Don't bother emailing CCS as they don't answer instead do what I intend to do which is lay a complaint with the FCA.
CCS collect wrote to us about an account passed on to them from SKY.
After getting in contact they said they would be back in touch but we heard nothing. We just kept getting more demanding letters.
So we contacted them and basically they were useless and did nothing about our complaint.
Terrible company don't believe a word they tell you.
However today Titania at CCS collect was very polite to us and tried to help but because noone was available to speak to us. She was unable to resolve it. This company is terrible and unhelpful.
This company is an joke, people answering the phone that can't even speak english (I cant understand them!) they are so rude, not helpful at all and have no customer skills. They are trying to charge me £173 for treatment when I do not need to pay. Been emailing about this for 9 months, sending proof, and calling but still I get more and more penalty added. Never have I ever come across a company so rude and poorly managed
This organisation contacted me regarding a DVLA penalty. However the DVLA penalty was thrown out of court, as I sold my car so did not own the car. I have contacted this company letting them know of this outcome, and a lady colleague, who was rude and abrupt stated I was still liable. When in fact, the liability sits on this company to prove that I owe the debt in question. I know this because I have a law degree, and work in a local solicitors. Yet, I was still contacted daily, weekly, even though I had disputed the amount. This company states "Dealing with Debts do not have to be stressful". Yet, they bully you, and make it stressful. Disgraceful company
