Ordered a bed frame from them. Two parts of the bed frame were missing, spent an hour and a half on the phone with them only to be told the bed was backordered and I would be contacted when the bedframe was back in stock.
Then made the mistake of ordering a coffee table (I know I know, fool me once..). Got a call the day of delivery that the coffee table was damaged in transit and I need to call the store. Spent an hour on hold just to be told they have no idea what to do or how to help, but they will call me back when they have updated information.
Customer service is useless. The fact that the bedframe was missing two pieces and the coffee table was so poorly made it was damaged (or they have reckless drivers) is inexcusable. LISTEN THESE REVIEWS and order from a different company.

I ordered a desk and a rug for my office . No one advised it may take months. Finally, 7 weeks later, they contacted me to advise that the desk was ready, but that I should wait for the rug so as to not be charged TWO deliveries. OUTRAGEOUS! Now, they finally set the delivery date - the earliest is in two weeks!!
And I waited on hold 45 min - twice- and still didn’t get through.

I’ve ordered an item 3 months ago and still haven’t gotten it. They never pick up the phone and when they sent a replacement, that never came either. Trying to contact then now for a refund with 0 luck. DO NOT order anything from this business online, unless you would like to pay for nothing but a hassle.

Day 4 of trying to receive an answer to a relatively simple question. Texting takes hours for a useless, non-specific response. No one picks up the phone. I'll gladly spend my $ on a company that has a Customer Service team that actually responds.

Placed an order on 8/24, received an email that it shipped on 8/28. However it has not actually shipped, only the shipping label has been created. After almost 3 weeks my order is still sitting in the warehouse. I called the customer service number and sat on hold for over 25 mins, never did get a real person. So per their suggestion, I texted them, providing the order number, tracking number and all information. No response. I called again this morning. Sat on hold for almost 15 mins, nothing. So I texted again. That’s their message while you sit on hold “for faster service, text us at...”. IF I ever get my order it will be the last time I order from CB2.

HUGE MISTAKE ORDERING FROM CB2
JUST DONT. absolute worst customer service - no one has any idea whats going on, no record of previous conversations with "customer service" the texting hotline they use people don't answer for hours at a time, you get a new persone each time. Email bounce backs, non working email addresses. I've done more work trying to get my shipment delievered than the actual company. How can a company be run this unprofessionally? VERY UNHAPPY

Worst service EVER!! You cant even get a hold of anyone via phone, email, or sms. Their message says to go to their website and you can reach them via 'chat'. But there is no feature available on the site. Complete joke. Half my order came. Was all supposed to be delivered on the same day. They even confirmed so. Dining room showed up. No legs, No chairs. Now I have a completely useless slab of wood in my dining room. Thanks CB2! You're the best!

I would give negative stars if it was possible. This is the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. Not only did they send the wrong item, but it also took me over five phone calls and waiting for over 40min each - which resulted in the phone call ending without speaking to anyone to get a return scheduled finally. Then, three months later, I see I have not been refunded. Since then, I have spent two months trying to find out why. I have emailed ten times, with no response to any of them. Used their text message service, which only resulted in 4 different people asking how they can help and no follow-ups, and again another game of calling endlessly. It now has been five months since I returned the item, and yet still no refund or any answers into why. I will never be ordering from them again, and I highly suggest you only purchase things you can return in stores.
Beware before you order from CB2
Beware before you order from CB2. Orders are mismanaged. Website states items are available to ship but takes many weeks to get order. No option to speak to anyone in customer service. Can only text or email then takes days to get a response if you are lucky. CB2 products are great quality and good pricing but good luck with ordering.
Delivery experience was great
Delivery experience was great - they were supposed to be here 1030-1230pm and showed up at 10am launching toward my front door manically ringing my doorbell. The credenza was put together already, they placed it in the room, took pics of it and were out! They said they had to get up at 5am and have 10 deliveries today - Those 2 guys were hustlers, never had a delivery so fast.
Awful customer service
Customer service rep placed the order for me online for matching duvet & shams separately. After repeatedly telling them the correct size, they managed to still order the wrong size (as noticed when I received a confirmation). Was told the correct size duvet is out of stock in every store but a warehouse has it and will be shipped directly to me. 10 days and countless hours on the phone with them later - they tell me to give up since the duvet will not be in stock anymore. I did not need the shams anymore but had to wait till they were delivered then wait to speak with customer service again to provide a return label. The item has now been returned for over a week and they still won't refund. Awful customer service and awful experience - AND a scam if my money is not returned.

We ordered a large ottoman for about $800. Had been hunting for a while and I really loved this one.
First delivery date was rescheduled because their truck broke down.
Rescheduled to Aug 14th. (Today) I didn't get any calls to give me delivery time range. Which makes me think it's not coming.
Can't get hold of anyone when you call, no matter the time of day.

I'd Give Zero Stars If Possible
Overall horrible experience, and I am left with absolutely no intention of ever returning my business to CB2. I placed an order for warehouse pick-up a couple months ago, and never got any follow-up. I was curious how I was supposed to know when the orders were ready for pick-up, so I eventually got impatient and called their customer service a few weeks after placing the order. Their response? "Oh, someone should have contacted you about booking an appointment. Did nobody contact you?" Nobody had contacted me. I finally got a day booked for a warehouse pick-ups a few weeks out, and I was told that someone would contact me a day or two prior to set up an actual time slot since they wanted to adhere to social distancing practices. Understandable, I want to maintain social distancing as well. However, guess what? Again, nobody contacted me. When I reached out to customer service, they had utterly no clue what their own company protocols were (My customer service rep said it's "entirely possible to show up at any time during their operating hours.") "Entirely possible", meaning they had no clue. What??? That totally contradicts everything I was told. Additionally, I was given zero help from customer service to actually book a time, so I finally called the warehouse directly. They told me there were time slots, as I was originally told, and I finally got a time set up. I'm glad I did not listen to the customer service rep and show up any time during operating hours, or I would have had to wait around all day until an opening popped up in the warehouse schedule.
My order was patio furniture, and due to CB2's awful customer service and inability to follow-up on their customer's orders and pick-ups, I have now spent the majority of the summer without any patio furniture. Honestly wish I had gotten something from somewhere else. If it weren't for the fact that I had already gone through so much effort, I would have cancelled the order and asked for a refund.
Indefinitely Delayed - Already Paid - Customer Service No Help
Ordered a concrete bench in May and delayed until early June - I got a notification it was ready and schedule but had to reschedule and somehow they loose a part so now I have to wait for them to order 1 backordered part...? So a few weeks pass and I check the website and notice the bench is no longer there. I call and they say its been discontinued but they can give me the new arrival bench at the same price. Sure, I think. - they tell me it will be ready early July. So I wait... Early July comes and then it pushed back to Mid July, then its pushed back to Late July, then its Pushed back to Early August and now its mid August! At this point I won't be surprised if its pushed out until 2021. AND I ALREADY PAID FOR THIS IN MAY! And all their customer service tells me is what I already can read! At the very least tell me you don't know why I had to wait over 2 months - rather than robotically reading back to me what I already know.
