As always brilliant product
As always brilliant product and service. I'm not too hot on the use of DHL because it sat overnight at Heathrow but they only use it for oversize orders. Order modest but more often is what I'll take away from that.

Unfortunately I do not find Freshwater Beluga Hybrid Caviar tasty. It was bought for my birthday and I am disappointed.

Dear customer. We do recommend thst if your not sure which caviar you prefer, then try a small duo/trio selection. We belive we have one of the biggest/widest selection of caviar's available. May I recommend that you try the Oscietra next time.It's a slightly salties caviar, with a mild nutty aftertaste. If you need some advice or wish to come for a small tasting in our Shop in E1/Whitechapel then please don't hesitate to get in touch.

I placed an order for caviar on…
I placed an order for caviar on December 13, 2020, nothing has arrived and after three months I still haven't received my refund. A serious company that cares about its customers does not behave like this.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on our Trustpilot page.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience the delay in shipping and processing of your refund may have caused. After looking into the history of your order, I can see that there was a lengthy issue with shipment due to Brexit over the new year. We did try to ship more than once with DHL, but both times the parcel was rejected and returned to us.
With regards to the refund, our team successfully processed this through our system, however it was rejected by PayPal and the funds came back to us. Our Director is treating this as a matter of absolute urgency and is currently in discussion with PayPal to solve this problem. We aim to have the funds returned to you by the end of the day on Monday 22nd March. If we are unable to resolve the issue with PayPal by Monday, we will create an entirely new transfer to make sure you receive the funds.
I'd like to emphasise this is not usual form at Caviar Classic London, we pride ourselves on giving the best service we possibly can, even when faced with technical issues or the detrimental effects of Covid-19. Our Director has taken full responsibility for your case and rest assured it will be solved.
