During my year with CastleView Group I have experienced friendly, professional staff who have the clients interests at heart and who maintain and develop positive relationships with their team. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to make a positive difference to children and young people's lives. I would especially praise the good work performed behind the scenes by Kellie, Elaine, Leanne and Tina!

During my 5 day course at the blackpool zoo golf course I enjoyed every day due to the tutor ( Paul condon) being able to interact with everyone and get us through a mass amount of work in a short amount of time while creating an enjoyable respectable work environment. I would 100% recommended castle view group to anyone. it was a funny and a memorable experience that I unexpectedly enjoyed. Paul was very understanding and respectful throughout the entirety of the course with everyone that showed up, he is also very funny and the most helpful tutor I’ve been taught by. I had been unemployed for roughly 6 months before dealing with castle group and they have found me work only a week later after I completed the course so I am very appreciative of Paul and his team for their understanding and professionalism.

Sat a course with CVG on Monday 20th September which ended on the Friday 24th. Great fun; lots of stimulating learning and lectures took place. A tutor by the name of Paul Condon was the highlight of the course for me. He was truly an encyclopedia on the world of Human Resources and Business Studies. Paul Condon is a vital assett for CVG( Kashif Siddique).

very very bad recuitment company ,I applied for drivers position ,had a phone interview I apparently got the job ,then I was told to attend a 3 day course in Middlesborough (bear in mind I live in Hartlepool) an I should receive a immideate start also I would get £100 for food and travel on the day of going,well that was a total lie the guy that was running the course didn't have a clue what was going on no fault of his own he also said this was the worst run company he had worked for and he had been doing this a while but his first day working for castleview group and then I get told theres no van driving job .so I basically wasted my time I would hate someone else to go through what I went through today, and to make it worse they have a very very bad attitude towards people SAVE YOUR TIME AND DONT TRUST THEM..RAVEL ALCIDE

TOTAL SCAM

These tossers are only interested in getting bums on seats for EU funded courses, which makes THEM money.
They scammed me years ago with “warehouse qualification” course. I knew more about warehousing than the gonk who tried to run the course.
I bailed after the first embarrassing day.
The other poor sods stayed the week. Some had to borrow bus fare.
Guess what ? NO EMPLOYERS TURNED UP ON THE FRIDAY, as promised.
What a surprise?

I found it really helpful as I suffer from anxiety the person training for a job was very helpful as normal in groups I find it really hard to get involved the lady training was great

Reading the previous reviews on the site here, I can understand what people are saying; unless you've got previous experience in a similar role, CastleView dont just put you in a job. They make sure you've got the training, the experience and the skills to go in and do a good job, and as long as you've got the focus and the will, you'll absolutely get it done. They put me in a training course before my job and made sure I knew what I was doing, even if I didnt fully know what I was getting into, which was enourmously helpful. Plus, every person that I've been in contact with from the company, from the tutors to the phone advisors, has been kind and helpful.

Honestly, it seems like people go to CastleView just thinking "oh they'll just slap me into a job" and that's it, but they dont just do that; they've got a duty of care and they make sure you're ready and up for it first. I'd absolutely recommend their services to anyone looking for employment.

I was a little hesitant after reading reviews. However as I was looking for a job and castleview were one of the first to contact me back I decided to go onto the course. Yes there is paperwork to fill out, you are expected to work as it is a course. However this course was very enjoyable, my tutor Karan made was brilliant, made us at ease and guided us through all the course. Also we had Paul another tutor who joined us and helped as our group was a very large group and honestly you couldbt say a bad word about either. Made it clear that they would help as much as possible to get us into employment and I can say that they kept their word. It was a brilliant experience and would recomend Castleview. As not only with they help you with employment but also gain qualifications. Also Victoria who works in the office and helps with the recruitment process is a diamond.

Please be very careful with this so called agency applied for a job got informed about a telephone interview it promised a job after training ( training to be a drivers mate please ) got invited to a course and promised £75 travel expenses (1st warning ) started course ( couldn’t tell me what the training involved (2nd warning) then asked me to fill in loads of forms and to “ ok just tick yes in all the following boxes “ one person walked out on the 1st break saying no job . On day 2 only 2 people there, tutor looked panicked after an hour told course cancelled then called by interviewer saying new course following week to complete training . Long story short no job no 2nd training and no £75 for travel expenses ( only part payment )after I out laid to get there for 2 days due to their own incompetence and misleading promises please be careful

Great company I have nothing bad to say how the program was ran, I got on well with everyone in my session and I couldn’t of asked for a better tutor ( Paul ) he came in everyday with a great attitude smile on his face and he is a real confidence booster and teaches in ways of everyone’s understanding, I would like to say a massive thank you to Paul and Sabrina for all the help you have provided you have such a great team carry on changing life’s because you’re good at it and Paul yes you are Awesome. 2 days after the course I received my interview straight away and have now gathered information on my job so thank you to everyone at castleview group for changing life’s

Disgusting leading people on to think they have a job but have do their course with them first which you do and then they tell you there is no job NOT GOOD FOR PEOPLE'S MENTAL HEALTH MESSING WITH THEIR HEAD LIKE THIS

May aswell write this now no work from them... Did my lean course for 1 week... Was told bare faces lies.. There would be a job after... Nope.. Instead they told me bare faced lies saying i should of started monday morning? Huh.. Nope was not told that.. I had to chase them up over this.. To find out they were wrong.. Then i was phoned and was going be offered a job £15 an hour.. With amazon... Again.. A lie as its £9.70.its £15 an hour after 50 hours. They have wasted my time for so long and told me sp many lies... The bare faced lies they told me and then slammed the phone down on me cause i left them a bad review.. Absolutely disgusting two faced liars... All i say to people is do not take there course as its useless and they will fob you off with lies... These peoole make money from it so avoid

Castle View phoned me up to offer me an interview with them for a job I applied for. The conversation was pleasant until she thought I hung up on her to which I was met with a snide remark. After telling her that I had not hung up and was actually just listening to what she was saying she started nervously laughing and was more frantic on the phone. I told her I had accepted another job offer and she said to come back to her if I’m looking for employment, to which I replied that I don’t think I will ever deal with Castle View Group ever again after the god awful customer service

There is no job just lies. They make money through lies and courses so stay away. I could see this through past experience and i left early but others did not and wasted there time.

Got a phone call offering work, was invited to a induction off site as they were concerned that if covid got into the site they would have to close down (fair enough) after a little digging it transpires there wasn't a job just a course.. they get funding from the government for each person they train... no job... they give you £50 for 3 days and ....no job...!!! The email they send claims they wont put you forward to the employer unless you do the course but when asked they have no idea who the employer is!!! No Job...!

You cant imagine how unpro is this agency people working there dont care to replay to your phone call or a text msg. Sending random msg at night. Its the worst agency I come accros in my life time. Dont work for them run for your life as far from them as u can. Non pros, bad temper , bad attitiude , they dont care .

Went to Castle view interview , said go on a weeks course , get an nvq , then the following week get me into work , showed me all the vacancies avaliable, there was plenty . 4 days into the course get a text off master staff who I'd never heard of, to be told they had received my information from castle view (which was just my phone number by the way) and to go to them Monday for another interview as they find me work NOT castle view !!!! Went today , nothing avaliable !!!! What a ............... would not recommended in a million years . Beware.

Absolutely useless agency. Every time I get an interview, I get a text a few days later saying there was a 'problem with the venue' and the interview was cancelled.

Avoid using this agency and go with someone else, as like I said in the review and the title; They're absolutely useless.

Just want to say a massive thankyou to mister Paul Condon. He provided a perfect training course who Co was easy to understand and follow and helped me gain 2 qualifications. His personality and humour plus attention to each of us was spot on and want to thank him for all the help
