Shaun Turnbull is a very competent trainer and looked after us all on the course with empathy and friendly giving each person chances to engage.

I attended a 3 day course with CastleView 27 to 29 April 2026. Wayne was a laidback kind of dude which made the 3 day course even easier. I was sent a list of job opportunities on completion of the course so I guess it’s up to me 😎

I completed a course with Shaun Turnball and it was very clear and easy to follow and he made the course fun. Great asset to the company.

Wayne was amazing he taught us much as possible and did everything in his powers to help us get everything done on time the course was amazing and another achievement accomplished

The course was overall enjoyable and exciting, at first I didn't think I'd of got through it but Wayne beadle my tutor was amazing during the course it was a interesting 4 days but i got it finished in the end thank you to Wayne beadle for teaching me

The tutor was professional and friendly, however the course covers many topics that would be considered common sense. (that is not casteviews fault but the criteria they are told to follow)

I attended a course with castle view group and I’m glad I did. My tutor Wayne Beadle was very informative and supportive. I feel like I’ve learn a lot from this programme that I’ll be confident to use in a workspace. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I cannot fault this course. It was a really good experience and very informative. The atmosphere in the room was relaxed, the people were great, and our tutor, Wayne Beadle, was brilliant. There was plenty of banter, but we still learnt a lot and stayed focused on what we were supposed to be doing.

I am not normally someone who talks much in groups, as I have very low confidence —especially on courses like this— but the atmosphere was so calm and welcoming. We were all made to feel part of a team, which gave me the confidence to get involved. Hand on heart, this is probably the first course I have actually been able to join in with without feeling a bit of anxiety. Kudos to Wayne for making it easy for us all to get along and feel comfortable, while at the same time being a great tutor and keeping things professional.Regardless of whether I was even meant to be on the course or not, and despite the embarrassment of not knowing where to put myself when it was mentioned, Wayne made it less awkward with some banter. (The JC messed up a bit, but hey ho!) I am just glad I wasn't actually told to leave. I have learnt quite a lot and will also be taking away some improvements to my spelling, grammar, and punctuation. 😅

I would definitely recommend this course to anyone looking for a bit of help and information about customer service. Thank you to everyone at CastleView Group for giving me the opportunity to learn more and gain some confidence at the same time. I really appreciate it. As for going forward, time will tell what happens next. Regardless of the outcome, this course has helped either way!

Had a course with my tutor being Wayne beadle, came in feeling rather nervous but was made to feel comfortable, as well as him being very professional, highly recommend if you are offered a course then to accept it.

My experience was perfect thanks to Mr. Wayne Beadle. He was thorough, funny and symphatetic almost every time but stern and preocupied about our future when needed it was. Learned a lot with him, not only about the content but on so many other things! Amazing teacher!

Sean Turnbull was the instructor for a 4-day training course for employment with Amazon Direct. He was very likeable, approachable, and made time fly.

AVOID….Believe the negative reviews, this company will try to entice you with job opportunities, make you jump through hoops just to be let down.
I completed all of the required tasks/paperwork/provided confidential documents/attended and completed the course/sat through all the meetings/successfully completed their “link” and at the end i was ghosted and ignored, i decided to investigate the matter myself and figure out why I wasn’t offered the job that castle view practically said was mine if I completed all of the steps (which I did). Turns out they had given the company an incorrect email, they had also sent me a link for a job from the company that wasn’t the original job role, the original job that myself and 30+ other applicants applied for and worked hard for ,was a role with a customer service team, which required no previous experience (“allegedly”), evidently they had sent me a link for a banking role which required experience in finance and accounting.
Instead of being honest about their mistake, they ignored my emails and let me think it was my fault.
The time and energy I wasted on castle view could have been spent on seeking for jobs that I actually had a better chance of securing on my own. The job opportunities castle view claims are only exclusive with them are actually available for anyone to apply. I’m not sure why they lie like this and are able to get away with it.
Months later and they’re still sending me spam emails about “links” and “opportunities”. They’re completely untrustworthy and unreliable. As a single parent I put so much effort and time into this process, I spent so much on childcare and made myself available whenever they demanded. I believe they take advantage of people’s desperation and need for employment…what for? I don’t know.

Used company for Amazon job. Went to training for 4 days not paid, I was out of pocket. Was basically told lies that at end of course I’d get a link to get onto Amazon site to do a test & then get shifts. Sat 3 hours trying link nothing ! Nobody has got on touch with me when I’ve emailed. Phone rings nobody answers. Awful experience I’m
A single mam was relying on this job. Told lies to do a course I didn’t need so they get the funding

I think castle view group has worked efficiently with good communication to get me on the course, it was quick and easy to apply. The trainer Wayne Beadle has been fantastic from start to finish very clear, knowledgable and person centered. 👏 He clearly cares and is very helpful, high praise for his help and hard work. Only bug bare is the content could be tailored more to specifically to relate to the area of work I am interested in. Other than that I still believe it has been beneficial and I am now hopeful to gain employment in the very near future. ✨️ Thnakyou Castleview group keep up the good work 👏 P.s the location was ideal

I enjoyed my experience. Wayne is great at teaching and I learnt allot from him.
In the time of learning I have learnt allot of new things I never knew and will use in the future.

Shaun turnbull who was my trainer was fantastic, I feel like i leaned alot from him these last few days and im hopeful that i will get a job soon thanks to Shaun
