After viewing web page travelled to showroom to see radiators. We had a very clear idea of what we wanted but preferred to see quality. We were not disappointed and would recommend anyone looking to purchase a radiator go and have a chat. The advice and recommendation was invaluable and the journey from Bedfordshire to Portsmouth was worthwhile. Our final choice was completely different from what we thought we wanted. Radiator arrived, as promised. Was well packaged on a pallet and is absolutely beautiful. Love it so much we will be returning for another soon to install in our conservatory

Excellent product and care taken over getting it right!

Very easy and efficient and we are very happy with the radiator that was delivered. I would very much recommend this service to my friends and family.

I had bought a very small radiator for my toilet from them and within 2 weeks it had gone rusty. I paid for the most expensive finish therefore the rad cost £309.
This has now been mostly resolved although I do have valves which now don't match my new old pewter rad, I am assured I can swap these once I can get a plumber round to drain the system and take them off to send back.
