Quite the best service and product! I called on three occasions to check out that I was about to order the correct product and each time they were really helpful and got back to me when they said they would. Once ordered I received immediate confirmation of delivery date and was alerted to the weight of the radiators. They arrived on time, well packaged and are really excellent to look at. Our plumber is fitting them next week and when he came to check them out at delivery he was very complimentary. They are excellent quality, well priced and made in England, what's not to like?

Radiators look amazing, real old school and they kick out the heat too.
They're not cheap, and in an attempt to save the c£50 delivery charge, we visited the showroom in Portsmouth, sadly no option to collect.

This is the second time I have had radiators from Cast Iron Radiators 4u and both times the experience has been great.
The website is very user friendly when placing the order, the response from the team when your order has been received is both quick, efficient and your order is discussed in full, any amendments can be made if necessary.
When the product arrives, it is well packed, thus avoiding any transportation damage.

We purchased a 12 segment Stanton radiator from the own brand range of Cast Iron Radiators 4u and couldn't be happier with the product. The day after the order, got a phone call to confirm all details and colour, got sent the final details, confirmed the order and fixed the delivery date - perfect! Delivery was exactly as promised, and more importantly, on a day of my own choice. It also arrived with a pot of touch up paint. Our plumbers have now installed it and it works incredibly well. The room is lovely and warm, and the radiator now looks part of the room rather than an afterthought. Also got another phone call from Cast Iron Radiators 4u to check everything was ok. Fantastic customer service really.

We have more rooms to restore over the next few months and years, and I'm quite certain that the new radiators will all be coming from Cast Iron Radiators 4u!
