I have just spoken to our builder who is always very critical but is delighted with the product and thinks it is very good quality. I can say that I have received a great deal of help from staff in getting the right radiators and parts and that the service and delivery has also been of a very high standard,

In relation to your delivery comments - We do fully understand the challenges with kerb-side delivery and this is an area of our service we are continuously trying to improve with the delivery companies. But unfortunately the delivery service is something that is governed by the transport insurance industry and their unions, meaning we have little control to change it.
We are happy to hear that you were pleased with all other aspects of the service you received.
