All good from initial contact, to advice, to finished goods received on time in good condition.

These radiators combined with valves of the same era, look absolutely stunning.
They blend in perfectly even in modern surroundings, actually better than standard panel radiators.
Obviously they are a lot more expensive than a modern style, but so much better looking and heat retention is fantastic.
Regarding the price, I was happy to pay as I'd shopped about other companies, and cast iron radiators 4u were very compatible, I spoke with their staff firstly which gained my trust, placed order online, and was then contacted to discuss the order and colour, they where delivered in just over a week by truck, on a pallet.
Please note they are very heavy items and I'd recommend two persons lift.

I ordered a Chrome TRV for a hall radiator and it arrived in pristine condition, it was well packaged and the goods were exactly as shown on the website. An overall excellent experience and a good product

After my initial 1* review I got an immediate response on the Monday and in fact the radiators were delivered that same day. Great I thought and updated my review from 1* to 5*.
Contacted my poor plumber who was ready to start the work on the 29th May and was then rescheduled and then was ready for the 12th May and was again re-scheduled (when the radiators didn't arrive on the 9th I let him know right away so he could line up other work)
He then went round to find that the pieces to join the sectional radiators were missing as were the airing points.
He knew how much trouble I'd been having with them so called them directly and they missing bits are now in the post apparently.
All in all very shoddy service, especially when the total order is nearly £4,000.

Ordered radiators back on 5th May. Got regular updates on the progress though manufacturing. Got an email to say delivery would be on the 24th. Then next I got a call to say it would be on the 26th some time before 5.30pm. Wait in all day and then call Cast Iron about 4pm but phone just rings out. Bank holiday Monday so it's the 30th before I am able to contact them. No explanation or apology for the non-delivery. I was going on holiday for a week so arranged delivery for Friday 9th June. Nothing at 3pm so call and am assured the radiators are out for delivery and will be with me some time before 5.30pm.
Again nothing
I'm now at the stage where I think this is just a scam website and I've lost my £3,000 but I'll be speaking to a lawyer on Monday to see if there is any way to recover the monies.
In short don't trust this company

From the time I viewed their website, until the day my order arrived, staff at Cast Iron Radiators 4U were extremely helpful.
My calls, and queries, were always answered professionally and, when available, any alternatives explained.
I was concerned about the 'kerbside delivery'. However, the haulier had a trolley, which did make it to my front door! One of my radiators was 1200mm x 760mm and was VERY HEAVY! It did take two, strong people, to lift it in. Don't forget to read the instructions about lifting them BEFORE trying!!
All in all a great service, delivered well!!

Rang the tech team for advice to start - no "wait" time on the phone which was great. Products I bought arrived very quickly, with the built-to-order radiator arriving as per schedule shared at time of order. Had to return a set of valves - again very responsive and very helpful. I cannot fault the service I got from this team and will without doubt buy again from them.

Have bought three radiators online. I did phone for advice and found their Customer Service superb. They did price match, and the rads arrived well protected and as advertised. I recently visited their showroom and bought a cast iron radiator. Genuinely helpful and friendly service means I'll be sourcing the rest of our radiators from them as our "makeover" progresses.

The round shower curtain rail was delivered on time and well packaged. The quality is excellent, this is a heavy weight, durable and well made product, not cheap steel or aluminium. Fixings points similarly are up to the job. I ordered curtains and roller hooks at the same time and again excellent quality. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and its products.

Really helpful staff and endlessly patient with my dithering re colours type of valve etc. The product is perfect and really good value for money - and i looked at lots of sites.
