Have Casio 5590 tried to adjust the time even with the user guide unable to do.

I have, amongst many other Casio watches, a Casio GR-B100 Gravitymaster G-Shock model, but shortly after I purchase it (second hand - no pun intended) I noticed the hands were misaligned. Not misaligned against a reference point, as the settings allow adjustment, but actually misaligned on the pinions.

I downloaded the form for repair, filled it in, explained that I wanted the hands removed and refitted, and posted it to them Special Delivery.

The next day they emailed a quote (good price) so I phoned up to pay. A week later it has arrived, job done perfectly, all clean and dust free, excellent stuff.

Very very poor quality - I wouldn't trust it in a pool, let along diving.

Ik wilde een GW-M5610U-1 bestellen. Een half uur bezig geweest op de iPhone, maar dat wilde niet. Toen met de Google browser, ook niet, en daarna met Safari browser, ook weer niet. Om een of andere mysterieuze reden wordt mijn postcode als incorrect verklaard. Navraag bij Casio werd beantwoord met "we zullen het aanpassen als het nodig is". Als het nodig is??? geloven ze me niet? Het bestellen wordt dérmate moeilijk gemaakt met een klunzige website dat ik niet verbaasd zou zijn als klanten massaal naar een Bol.com gaan, waar ze wel een klantvriendelijke en werkende website hebben. Voor een bedrijf zo groot als Casio vind ik dit écht onbegrijpelijk.

Bought a G-Shock which had unbelievable ratings in terms of its an ability to last a lifetime! However within 4 months a piece of the strap broke from everyday use. Being that Casio is such a huge company and the part to fix the watch can be bought for as little as £2.50 (Bare in mind the watch cost just under £100) I thought I would send it back to the repairs team within warranty and at a minimum the part would be replaced. I even went as far as thinking they might be polite enough to replace the part with a metal one as your suppose to be able to drop the watch from a 3 story building. Instead they have sent a bill for £36. I must say I’m disappointed with such a large company doing this when the part for them would cost them pennies and a technician could fix it in under a minute. As I haven’t paid the bill I expected the watch to be sent back as per there guidelines but I haven’t had it back and It’s really put a downer on a company I grew up believing was great.

Customer care department is useless, I have sent watch back to them for a repair and they’ve had it two month, I think they’ve stolen my watch back. No communication or updates.

When I was in school I needed a scientific calculator for at least my final two years of studies and my GSE's, which would have been around 1979/80.
I purchased a Casio fx-361 which even came with a little plastic flip case and it served me well at school. My studies went well and I passed all my exams (bar 1, which didn't need a calculator for anyway).
I had kept the calculator in a drawer and forgotten about it, but recently I had been tidying the drawer and came across it (40 odd years later).
I opened the case and turned the switch to on, fully expecting nothing to happen as it had been such a long time. Boy, was I suprised when it came on and it works just fine!
I can't speak to what a modern Casio product is like now... but I'd have to give this calculator 100/100 stars for accuracy, durability and a much longer life than i would have expected. It didn't even need new batteries!

When I purchased this Casio Digital Piano (CDP150), both the product description and the box showed the model number as a digital piano. But when it breaks down, Casio says it's an electronic keyboard. While the maintenance period for digital pianos is three to five years, the maintenance period for electronic keyboards is only two years. It broke down less than two years and 1 month after I bought it, and the repair bill was as high as £208.80. But my purchase price was only £329.99. Really don't buy Casio products.

I bought a Casio CDP 110 Stage Piano thirteen months ago and recently found A below Middle C not working.
I notified Casio, was asked to provide evidence of the receipt which I photographed and sent to John Mosneagu on the 8th November.
Then I received emails from someone called Angela to arrange pick-up of the keyboard.
By luck I still had the box but the polystyrene support blocks had gone so I had to improvise padding to protect the keyboard in transit.
The keyboard was collected on Friday 15th November.
I have just received a Casio Repair estimate of £221......!
The email goes on to say a Service Charge is applicable for Products returned without Proof of Purchase........Which I had already provided!
Don't the different Departments at Casio communicate with each other to get a fuller picture of a given situation?
And shouldn't I have got more wear out of one of their Musical Products that has only lasted for thirteen Months and cost me £320 to buy in the first place?
A pretty dismal product and equally dismal returns Service.

I purchased the Casio G shock GMW-B5000 watch from a big retailer it was a watch that needed pairing to an app…after countless times trying I contacted Casio customer services and spoke to a lovely helpful young lady called saneka who went out of her way to help me pair the watch going through the instructions trying different resets sending emails to Japan after many days of her help it was discovered that the watch was a fake and would never pair…but I would just like too say what an absolute credit to your customer services she is an incredibly helpful lady and please pass on my compliments too her and what a wonderful employee she is to have on board for Casio UK.

I originally gave Casio 1-star for service. Since my complaint they have provided the fixings I needed, so I have changed this to 3-stars. I still believe it should be possible to get good service, though, without resorting to a negative review on Trustpilot.

We bought a Casio piano and whilst the product is great, customer service has been less than helpful - hence this warning!

The piano arrived flat-pack and I made a small mistake putting it together. I needed 1 replacement screw for which Casio wanted £34 (it being part of a set they couldn't split)!

I know the Right To Repair doesn't cover pianos but hopefully it will soon.

It's a shame that when you've spent £900 on a piano they can't provide a single 5p screw for a fair price.

ho comprato un orologio pagato piu di 500€ il cinturino dopo 4 anni si rompe lo faccio sostituire con un costo non indifferente mi dura 2 anni ora mi dicono che non sanno se esiste ancora bisogna spedire l'orologio a spese mie al laboratorio e chiedere un preventivo

I know there are a lot of bad reviews here but here’s my honest experience- I bought a watch, which did not come with spare links. My partner has big wrists and we needed one more link, which unfortunately required the purchase of a whole strap. I called up and it was sent out promptly. Aside from the fact it’s a bit daft not to sell individual links, I’m completely happy with the service I received.

Ik heb, een paar jaar geleden, een casio edifice illuminetor watche. gekocht. na 2 jaar deed de batterij het niet meer en dat zag ik omdat de verlichting het niet meer deed. Dus een nieuwe batterij in laten zetten door een echte horloge verkoper. Deze heeft er een nieuwe batterij ingezet maar kon toen de verlichting niet meer repareren. Daarna, weer na twee jaar, naar een andere horlogeverkoper om weer een andere batterij in te laten plaatsen. Deze zag dat er een chronograaf wijze r los was geraakt en dat deze niet meer te herplaatsen was. Ok, weer geld betaald voor de bewezen diensten. Nu weer, na een jaar, weer een andere chronograafwijzer die los ligt. Ik ben er helemaal klaar mee. NOOIT MEER EEN HORLOGE VAN CASIO. Wat slecht zijn die dingen

Also wenn man Incompetenz pur haben möchte gerne bei Casio bestellen.
Man bestellt eine Uhr bekommt das komplett falsche Produkt, absolut keinen Ersatz und keine Hilfe.
Also wenn mir als Kunde schon bewusst ist, dass der Fehler komplett beabsichtigt war und der Kundenservice dann absolut kein Stück hilfreich ist... da sagt man auch nichts mehr.

Do not buy casio calculators, cheap plastic, working's are third world calculations, I suggest buy quality product
