I had sent my phones by special delivery as requested they were delivered on the monday but it took for me too make a phone call on the wednesday as I had got a second email from them saying they still hadnt received the phones, for them to check and when they did they said they had received them and I would hear something later on that day, which I did but the price I had been quoted had been dropped by nearly £30. Very disappointed with their service. Why tell you to send your items by special delivery when they obvioulsy take their time in checking what deliveries they get in.

If your selling your phone use CashMyPhone, they don't mess around and they dont rip you off. They pay the best prices. USE them!

I had to chase the status of the order three times. Was promised call backs each time which never happened.
Seems to be an unprofessional environment. Each time i called it was hard to hear the agent over the music in the background.

I would not recommend.
Really disappointed

I have sold several phones before. Never have I had phone price reduced and it has never take 3 weeks to receive the money. I have always received the money within a couple days.

I will never use cash my fone again.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THEIR DISHONESTY AND HOW THEY TRAP PEOPLE. I SENT MY ALMOST NEW (4 months old) PHONE IN PRISTINE CONDITION, PACKAGED IN A MANNER SO NOTHING HAPPENS (BUBBLE WRAPPED SEVERAL TIMES THEN BOXED )- BUT RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING THE PHONE WAS SCRATCHED SO THEY DEDUCTED 10% OF VALUE. TOTAL LIARS, WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY ENEMIES NEVER MIND FRIENDS. THEY SHOULD BE PROSECUTED FOR CONNING PEOPLE. DISGUSTED BY THEIR WAY OF BUSINESS.

Sent my phone in by special delivery (£7) as advised by this company. Was still receiving emails saying that my phone had not arrived a full six days after it had been delivered!!!!! ( I could track this online through the Post Office). They probably would still be emailing me if I hadnt called to see what the hell was going on.
They then found my phone and had it inspected by a ''technician'' who surprise surprise said the phone was not in the condition as described and offered me a reduced settlement by email.
I emailed back and asked what problems they had found with the phone but of course no reply at all. Other emails went unanswered.
In the end after 6 days of unanswered emails I had to call them again and reluctantly took the lower offer as I was just sick of trying to communicate with this shambles of an outfit.
I would certainly never ever use this company again and would strongly advise anyone else of doing so either.

I would not deal with this company again!
I had a near mint mobile phone. Never broke down, always worked correctly. The casing was in excellent condition and screen also in perfect condition. The phone always had a screen cover and gel case on since new. Yet they still managed to take 10% of the quoted price. When I tried find out why I could not access the correct website (what a surprise!)
After sending the phone special delivery (£7) and then by the time I ask for the phone back and try to sell it to another company I would have lost more money - basically they had me over a barrel so had to take the reduced offer.

They claimed my phone had more than "standard wear-and-tear" when I knew otherwise. They took a 15% discount off the quoted price and then when I called, offer to raise the price to the amount I desired. Just checked my bank account and they ended up only sending the 15% discounted amount.

Was quoted £11 for my phone, but had to e-mail them after I didn't hear anything. Receivc a e-mail to say th price had been reduced to £9 I am still waiting for my cheque.

I would not recommend this company and will not use them again.

It's a con

First they said my 'phone hadn't arrived, when I contacted them to say sent recorded it appeared. Second they tried to say phone damaged and offered substantially less than original quote, despite brandnew and sealed, again contacted them and was offered full price of the day which was still less than original quote. Argued the point and offer increased. Now am still waiting for payment even though 48hrs have passed...
Called again and was promised payment would be made yesterday, still not in my account and now they're not answering the 'phones...I will report them for theft if I don't get my money today

I sent my phone to Cash My Phone expecting the £42.23 they quoted as my phone was in A1 condition, no scratches, dents or marks, looked like it was still brand new but I got an email from them saying phone wasn't perfect so offered me £36.23 instead. I am not impressed with their service as I'm sure they are conning people into believing they are going to get more money than they actually are. The only reason I accepted their offer was the fact I paid for special delivery and I didnt want to lose even more money. I will not be using Cash My Phone again and will not recommend them to anyone!!!

I supplied the phone complete with all electrical connections (still in manufacturers plastic bags) charger, slide wallet and orange box. All in very good order, but was told phone back damaged?. Then told would reduce price quoted due to damage. Next thing received a letter asking for my phone and envelope supplied for posting??.

The price has been raised slightly after complaint, but still waiting for cheque to be sent after more than a week!

I was offered 47 pound on the website. Having spent 6 pound postage ( my choice for security) and sending the phone off I had an offer from company offering me 15% less when phone was in perfect working used condition. The phone was posted on Monday and still have not received any payment. Contacted them but no email back. Wouldn't use again!!!

Terrible customer service from Cash my Fone. What I consider Numerous delaying tactics employed, won't be recommending them to any of my friends or family, in fact I was at the point of contacting the police to report them. Luckily an email arrived to finally confirm the long awaited BACs transfer. Will not use Cash my Fone again.

hey if your looking to recycle your phone for cash this is the perfect site. They are reliable, safe and easy to deal with. Plus they offer being paid by bank transfer, saves you waiting on a cheque.

Nearly two weeks it's taken for the order to process and still I haven't been paid.
AND they reduced the price as it had 'damage'. Rubbish. It was near perfect.
Just read the reviews online. I recommend top dollar mobile, all done withing four days.

I went through a mobile phone recycling comparison website and found that Cash My Fone were offering a reasonable price. I was recycling my fathers phone, a Nokia Lumia 710 which he didn't need any longer. My father still had the original protective screen cover on and he had a spare brand new back cover which I applied as well. So with the phone looking gleaming I sent it off recorded delivery to Cash My Fone at a cost of £2.30. I thereafter received an email from them saying the phone did not match their terms and conditions to be rewarded the full amount (which they guaranteed to me!) and I would have 15% taken off my original quote. When I contacted them a member of staff stated that the technician had found dents and scratches on the screen and back cover. This was a complete fabrication as I previously explained the screen has always been protected and the back cover was brand new out of the box! The member of staff thereafter stalled for a few hours and then offered to only take 10% off. Obviously I said NO on principal. I got my phone returned to me with greasy fingerprints on the screen, ink on the brand new back cover as well as a nice STICKY sticker which refused to peel off. Thanks Cash My Fone, for a complete waste of time. Avoid at all costs.
