Go explore Carter & Bond for better quality, for a better user experience for many of the things you might usually pick up at Boots, Superdrug or Tesco....
Carter & Bond have a wide assortment of world famous products for great grooming. Now I love to buy British too, so it's both possible to find new home grown brands as well those from overseas. And they tempt you with lot's of fun samples to try as well.

Always excellent choice and service
I have been ordering from Carter & Bond for a couple of years now as they stock Aqua de Colonia Concentrada by Alvarez Gómez which I love and I think they are the only company in Britain which does. They always delivery much faster than the 5 days indicated on their order, usually within 1 or 2 days.
I can strongly recommend Carter & Bond.

Utterly useless service!
Ordered products on Wednesday paying for special delivery so as to hopefully receive on Friday.Received an e-mail on Thursday saying one product was out of stock,would i like an alternative?E-mailed back with my preference for alternative.9 days later still no sign of my order and no correspondence from C&B as to where it is.Utterly useless!Will cancel my order for a refund and never use C&B again.

Dear Mr Lindsay - regarding the order you placed on the evening of Wednesday May 9th, as you say we emailed you on Thursday to explain that one of the two items was out of stock but that that there were similar alternatives available. Although we now understand that you did reply swiftly with your preference, unfortunately we never received that email so can only assume it was accidentally filtered as spam. Without instruction, however, your order was placed on hold. We are glad to have now spoken with you and resolved the matter, and we trust you are delighted with your purchases. Nevertheless we apologize unreservedly for being temporarily out of stock of the item you originally selected and also for not contacting you again for your instructions when we did not see a reply within 24 hours of our initial email.

I was going to write a detailed reveiw as to why I was so happy with the service received, However THIS website isint very iPad friendly! So basically a short & sweet reveiw - Overall the service was Excellent from the range of products available to the item descriptions, easy to navigate website, secure online payment & Fast delivery.
Very satisfied with my purchase and I have & will buy from again :)

Excellent customer service
Wide range of products and a good service - when my delivery that I had paid for as Special Delivery was a day late, they refunded the fee without my having to ask, and offered to try to talk to the post depot it had been tracked to - there was no need, as it arrived a couple of hours later.
