Everything went smoothly. We found the weather updates sent by "Blue" very important and valuable.
It is a good idea to encourage all customers visiting Iceland to have the Live Roads Situation app (Umferdin.is) on their phones. Even if we can find it by using the QR code found inside the car, we haven't been told so.

We booked 2 cars for our trip to Iceland this coming July. The response and follow up to our enquiries were spot on and quick, making it a breeze to confirm the booking.
Prior to making the booking, we search for reviews online and Cars Iceland really stood out for the service quality which is very important to us as we need a reliable operator we can turn to in case we run into issues and require help during our vacation.

Really enjoyed our rental with Cars Iceland. Very easy to book and reserve the type of car that we wanted. I had a question pre-rental and Cars Iceland responded to me email within 15 minutes!

Our reservation was handled through their partner Blue Cars and the pick up process was seamless. We picked up at the Reykjavik City Center location and it was super easy to use the automated box to get our keys. Our car was there ready and waiting for us and did a great job traveling through a snowy Iceland. We were given a Hyundai Tucson which was clean and well maintained, it was even a hybrid which saved us a bit on expensive Icelandic fuel.

The drop off at KEF was just as easy, and they even gave us some chocolate because it was Easter. I would definitely used Cars Iceland again!

Alquilamos el coche con Cars Iceland y desde el primer momento nos tratamos muy bien. Fueron muy simpáticos y el que nos atendió nos atendió en español. Y fueron muy transparentes con los daños que ya tenía el vehículo y no tuvimos ningún problema con ellos

El proceso de recogida fue muy rápido y no tuve ningún problema.

Muy fácil tratar con ellos antes del viaje (solución de dudas, checkin fuera de hora) . El coche perfecto. Todo facilidades al recoger y entregar. Diría que la mejor experiencia de alquiler

Hat alles am Flughafen völlig entspannt geklappt. Personal war kompetent und sehr freundlich. Ein Stern von fünf fehlt. Warum? Auto könnte trotz Winter schon gewaschen übergeben werden.

The location is very convenient, pick-up and drop-off were fast and easy, and the car was in perfect condition. I will definitely rent from Cars Iceland again whenever I visit Iceland.
