Cars2 Huddersfield, think twice about buying a new car from them if you want a good experience. Ordered a new Clio from them on the 28th March and told it should be ready for collection on the following Friday. The car didn't turn up as indicated and the staff then claimed they didn't know where it was or when it would arrive. It finally arrived a week later but on collecting it the spare wheel I had ordered was missing. The sales man apologised and admitted it hadn't been ordered. He said he would order it and drop it off at my home address. A week or so later he delivered the wheel but on my husband inspecting it realised it was two big with an extra wheel stud hole and was for a completely different vehicle. After complaining and them finally admitting there mistake they agreed to order the correct one. We are now on the 18th May and still not received the correct spare wheel I paid for 6 weeks after collecting the car. This is extremely poor customer service and the staff don't seem to care. There excuse is they are short staffed which isn't good enough when they were quick enough to take the money for a sale.

My experience started with great service from Paul at Dacia. However, the after sales service has been nonexistent and I’m 2 months down the line trying to obtain a second for my car as I was given an incorrect key when collecting my car. I was told a key was being ordered to the Huddersfield branch and I’ve had to call numerous times to be told I’ll receive a call and I’m still not further forward in receiving a key.

Reserved a car, turned up to test drive only to be told it was sold!
Fraudulently taking money you then have to wait to be refunded ... nice scam... I'd avoid this place.

Avoid cars 2 Omoda Bradford where ever possible, by far the worst car buying purchase in my life, wrong information given and constant bull s… later I’m still waiting to get money owed to myself, a personal visit tomorrow to see them is not my best idea yet as I can see it going badly for everyone but you have to stand up for what you believe in

No issues with the two staff, Jamal and Harrison. Professional and courteous. First impressions are good so will see how the after sales are but for now a great review.

Had to take my car into the Bradford store for a safety recall, the staff were extremely friendly & welcoming. A courtesy car was provided, not the cleanest state but it was just for a short time. The major issue I had (the reason for 3 stars) was the fact that the courtesy car was NOT TAXED. I realised this after I had driven to my work (approx 5 miles) and decided to check the vehicle online.
I would suggest anyone taking a courtesy car to check the details before heading off with it.

Absolutely disgusted with service I have received today at Cars2 LTD Nissan in Huddersfield, I made the trip to visit their showroom on sunday to express an interest in selling my car to them, after an appraisal of my car and a discussion with the management team a price was offered that I went away and deliberated on it for a couple of days, after some thought I decided to return to the dealership today (Tuesday) to take them up on their offer only to be met that unfortunately your car is worth £500 less two days later! After a heated exchange from myself the business manager (another kid) came out and said he'd spoken his boss and he said i had way over allowed for your car now offers me a price £2250 less! The place is run by kids immature and extremely unprofessional, out of their depth! Avoid Avoid Avoid! I expected better from main dealer!!

The car that was bought from them has been a nightmare. The post sale customer service is horrendous to a point where they just lie to you. DO NOT buy a car from these people.
