Carpet Barn & The Bedstore Anmeldelser

Very helpful and friendly staff. Delivery was fast and they put it right where we needed it

Fitter arrived on time and was very curtious. First class job , clean and tidy.

The staff were very efficient and helpful and the fitter arrived on time and fitted the carpet beautifully. He was courteous and tidied up nicely.
I will be back to have the rest of the house done in time.

We knew what we wanted before we went in Kardean flooring. All staff seemed very polite and helpful. Arrived on the date and time that was arranged. I must say that the fitter who's name was Phil was very nice and did a fantastic job laying the floor with the herringbone patten that we asked for. Extremely good job and I would want him to do any other floors we want doing

The team went above and beyond at reasonable price and supplied fitted new carpet and took old carpet away. Beautiful job. Thankyou all.

Great service from start to finish. Kirk couldn’t have been more helpful. Once Karndean flooring selected the laying of the flooring by Scott was brilliant. Can’t recommend them enough.

Carpet was just right, staff helped with all questions
Delivered and fitted quickly, fitter and mate did the job pretty quick.
Would like to thank all

Floor fitted on time and excellent service fron shop staff and fitters

Have ordered through the Ferndown branch a few times in the last couple of years and always very happy. Recent fitting on a carpet ordered to eventually be fitted throughout the house, was great. Fitters were very obliging and worked hard to ensure the carpet got in to the room around a tight space and left making sure we were happy with the overall fitting. Very pleased.

There was a great selection of remnants on display which was perfect for what we needed. Staff were very helpful, price was good and installation was excellent. Very happy.

From start to finish, the ease of arranging someone to measure and then choose a carpet were so easy. I am super pleased with my new carpets and I can’t thank Pete enough for all his help.

I always buy from this company and have done for many years. Very professional and experienced and good value for money.

Thanks to all the staff who were wonderful. The help and advice and professional laying services made a big job so much easier. It all looks lovely,
we can not thank you enough.

Really helpful and welcoming when we arrived. Good quality of service when the carpet was fitted. Friendly fitters aswell. Would definitely recommend to family and friends in the future.

The two gentlemen who came were great from start to finish. They removed the old carpet and underlay. Moved all the furniture and replaced all back to where I wanted it and left everything clean and tidy.
The carpet is lovely.

Absolutely excellent job done by the two chaps from the Isle of Wight and the chap from Southampton. I have dealt with Carpet barn before and the service was excellent then as well.
Thoroughly recommended.

Always use Carpet Barn and Bed Store Poole . Have looked at all the local stores and they really can’t compete on customer service or pricing. I’ve bought flooring, carpet’s’ mattresses and beds from Kurt over the past 6 years plus as Kurt and the team go the extra mile.

Ferndown store- Staff weren't overly helpful, rather be sat at a desk. Moaning about children trying out beds. A young guy finally helped to confirm the size was correct (2.7m). Our fitter collected and arrived home to find that it had infact been cut too small(2.4)! He had to return the roll and take something different due to their mix up. No apology nothing!

Never again - what started as a positive experience with the Eastleigh store turned into the worst experience I have ever had when buying goods or services

Extortion

I have been forced into paying a further £300 for the carpet in a room I have already paid for. I received a quote and paid for all my upstairs rooms to be carpeted, these were listed in the quote and the receipt I duly received. On installation day the fitters claimed the study was excluded and the store phoned me demanding a further £600, we settled on £300. I should not have paid a penny but was worried they would walk off.

Rude Fitters

The original job was in 2 fittings, the first fitters were excellent, the 2nd fitters were not as polite and professional, complaining about the stairs to the point my wife felt obligated to get my son to carry the carpet up! They also failed to trim the carpet behind the door!
Now on fitting the study the wrong carpet has been installed. This was quite obvious and they must have known it was wrong and decided they would try and get away with it. I assume this was done with the complicit knowledge of the store team.
Regret ever going near this company.

Excellent, knowledgeable staff in Poole, very helpful. We bought carpet and a bed base and headboard. The two young fitters were brilliant, did a fantastic job, and were more than happy to move furniture around when we weren’t quite ready for them. The two who delivered the bed were great, despite the awkwardness of bringing the bed in. Thanks to all
