Carpet Barn & The Bedstore Anmeldelser

The salesman was very helpful as was the man who came to measure up for our carpet order. We were told how long the delivery would be and we were kept informed of progress. The carpet fitters did a very good job and worked very quickly. We were very satisfied.

The salesman (Barry) at your Boyatt Wood branch guided us through the range of carpets that we were interested in, told us exactly what we needed and arranged a convenient delivery date for us. The carpet was delivered exactly at the time arranged in good condition and I fitted it that evening. We have bought several carpets from your company and have always been pleased with both the advice we have been given and the quality of your products.
Many thanks.

Always friendly and helpful staff.

After the second visit from the rep, he said my floors were level enough for the flooring. This was not true I had to get it sorted out with the fitter.
I then had 3 packs of laminate and door covering left over ( not measured up correctly by the rep)The carpet barn shop would not refund me. The items were not unwrapped

Great Service
I have tried other carpet stores but Carpet Barn at Eastleigh always come up trumps. Mark is my 'go' to as he is willing to spend time sorting out what I want, communicates well and ensuring any fitting job goes smoothly.

helpful shop staff and professional friendly fitters

When delivered there was a tear we contacted them and they picked it up and replaced it no trouble at all
Very good service and very helpful

Really good deals at this place & always see Ali to get my carpets & advice.
Almost done my whole house here!

Great! Measured up, clear instructions as we needed to remove all existing carpet/underlay/studs prior to our fitting as we were buying the scratch.
Excellent carpet & quality finish

All went well, just got a bit mixed up with delivery.
Nice chaps who put bed together, tidy and took rubbish away.

Good advise in choosing the right carpet for the desired area. Arrangements made for fitting as soon as it came into stock. Fitting is flawless. Very accomplished fitters.

Great service and products. The Christchurch branch although smaller then the Poole one gave a better service in my opinion.

Very good experience.
We chose the carpet we wanted, it was easy to order and it was delivered and fitted when advised. It looks lovely.

Sales staff extremely knowledgeable and lots of choice in all prices. Delivery and fitting good although still waiting for crease line to disappear after a few weeks. Hope it goes soon.

All very good ,easily organised.
Efficiently fitted and heavy furniture moved.

Good Value, great advice in store and the fitter was brilliant. We had Karndean flooring laid and really pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend!

Excellent service with honest trustworthy staff.
Clear explanation of work to be completed and professional cost breakdown.

I would highly recommend Carpet Barn. From start to finish we were dealt with professionally and efficiently. We used the Ferndown depot. We made a date to measure up our room which they arrived on time and advised us accordingly. We chose the Carpet we wanted, it was ordered and held in stock, ready for our agreed fitting time. Fitter turned up at the agreed time and date and laid our new carpet. He was brilliant! (Marcus) done a fabulous job. Our new Carpet looks great. Will definitely use them again.
