Poor Service and Zero Communication!
I arranged a survey through the St Neots store. They turned up on the wrong day to do the survey, then never sent me the quote despite repeated phone calls. I emailed a complaint to their head office and never even received a response. Extremely poor service!!

Poor customer communication
I took my elderly parents to my local store in St Neots yesterday to look at ordering some carpet. Upon arrival at the store at 2.15pm we were met with a sign on the door saying “Closed for lunch be back in one hour. Apologies for the inconvenience “. Calling the store the message was “we are busy with other customers at the moment” ! Needless to say we did not wait around as who knows when the “lunch hour” started and was due to end. Consequently we took our business elsewhere as did the other couple who arrived at the store at the same time as us.

Lady who visited our home to carry out the measurements was very efficient, polite and friendly. Discount of 20% also very much appreciated. Excellent all round service.

Great advice
Over the course of two visits we received great advice and excellent customer service to help us make an informed choice. The extra 20% off over the bank holiday weekend was an added bonus, thank you! Looking forward to our new carpet arriving.

We were very pleased with our experience at Carpet Right St Neots yesterday. The young man that served us was very helpful and informative. He explained the invoice figures to us so we were aware how the total cost was reached. We are looking forward to getting the carpets fitted in October.

Colour of carpet nothing like the website colour.
Fitters left all of their rubbish for us to dispose of.
