Be sure to ensure that the customer fully understands what you are trying to say.
Saw two members of staff on separate occasions, and both were helpful and polite. However, information provided by the manager regarding price proved to be inaccurate when we came to seal the deal. However, he somewhat redeemed himself by readily agreeing to price match when I suggested this.

Chalk and cheese
The instore staff were chalk and cheese. One was incredibly helpful, helping me find the carpets that fit my specification and talking about the benefits of each one. The second staff member, who I asked to help me book a home measurement visit, said I could do it myself at home!

Really nice service
Really nice service. They found me a cost effective alternative for what I needed and the carpet fitters were on time and did a quick and clean job. They even used the hoover to tidy up!

Jonathan was most helpful and knowledgable about the product we needed for our home. He went the extra mile to make us feel valued and did not overwhelm us with sales chatter. Indeed he was ever cognisant of the fact that we knew our home the best and that any final decision was ours. The price quoted was reasonable and we have utmost trust in the reliability and quality of Carpetright floor coverings provided, this being our usual stop over our last three homes. Jonathan is a credit to Carpetright and we have no hesitation in recommending him and the brand.
