Order and measurement done quickly, polite well mannered staff

We were returning as happy customers for the second time, after our first very positive experience. This time we again received excellent service and professional advice in our local store. We will be returning again when we will be upgrading other areas of our house. Can only recommend.

The staff in store are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. If you had asked me to write a review after the estimator's visit, it would have been a one-star, given the countless errors he made. Today, however, it is a very well-deserved five-star review for Darren. He is very customer-focused and intent on providing good service. He recognised the issue immediately, and arranged for another (this time first-class) estimator to come out and measure up. The fitter was extremely knowledgable and gave us excellent recommendations for more appropriate flooring that we had initially opted for. Darren was proactive in keeping an overview of progress and followed through with us effectively and pleasantly despite having some quite significant family health-related challenges he had to deal with at the same time. We are looking forward to having a master fitter change the flooring for us shortly. In the end, what matters is not what went wrong but how professionally Darren overcame the challenges and secured our custom because of it.

So, we finally moved into our new home about a week ago - and the carpets look fantastic! Except for the kitchen and bathrooms, the whole place was carpeted by Carpet right Aberystwyth. Many thanks to Haydn and the guys for their help and advice - special thanks to the carpet fitter who did an amazing job.

I have just placed the order but I was welcomed with a smile. I was quickly served and everything was organised. The price was acceptable and included a promotional discount. I left the store very happy.

Success! Following numerous borrowed samples - the choice is outstanding - we've chosen and ordered our new carpet from Carpetright at Aberystwyth. This incidently wasn't our first order - we changed our minds at the last moment, but every visit to Carpetright was overseen by the Aberystwyth team with infinite patience, outstanding customer care and excellent product knowledge. The first thing we liked was being able to borrow samples, this gave us the opportunity of ensurig we got the look we wanted for our home. Secondly nothing was too much trouble for the staff, who were committed to ensuring we got the right carpet for us, and lastly the ordering process was easy, we dealt with the store as we didn't want to order online, we prefered the advice and contact with the team we had met. We also took advantage of the offers available in store, which made our purchase very affordable. We are now looking forward to having our carpet fitted.
So a big thank you to the sales team, Darren, Amelia and Haydn. Thank you for remembering our names when we visited the store, thank you for ringing back when you said you would and thank you for your help and advice, all of which was much appreciated.

We needed carpet for a few rooms & went in to Carpetright in Aberystwyth. We made our choices & made an appointment to have the survey carried out but a few days before the survey we were told that the surveyors van had broken down & they didn’t know when he would be able to attend.
We contacted the store & had no luck until we spoke to Darren the store manager who couldn’t have been more helpful & offered to come round personally to carry out the survey. We in the end did a face time & Darren talked us through the measuring process.
We went in the next day & paid for the carpet which should be here in a few weeks, thanks Darren you’re a star.

Darren at Aberystwyth was a star. We had an issue with getting the rooms measured. Darren came up with an ingenious idea to measure via video call. Top marks. Now looking forward to fitting in a couple of weeks.

Came in today to look at carpets for three rooms, was informed by amelia about the 25% off limited time offer if I bought today, such a shame I wasn't ready to buy today. Customer service i received was great, she was patient and knowledgeable
