Like the free shipping package, the only thing I didn't like was trying to peel off 10 stickers on a exhaust pipe.

Customer Service was very helpful in getting the correct struts. They even upgraded my shipping at no charge so I would have the product in 5 days! These guys rock!

I found the freight system for international purchases a pain to deal with, this is not the problem of the supplier but Ebay from what I understand.
Ebay has the supplier send the goods to a set location for "Global Freight" or some such name which I gather means that they ship the goods in bulk with other purchases.
I purchase often from the US from a couple of select auto part dealers and have the goods shipped via FedEx priority which has them on my doorstep in 3 working days unlike this system which eventually arrived via FedEx but took 12 days to arrive. Cost wise it would have only been an extra AU$3.00 to have them shipped direct via FedEx Priority International Shipping. This cost can vary depending on which area of the US the part originates in but usually it's around the same.

The parts I purchased were perfect, the service was great, and shipping on their end was prompt. Although the shipping company (UPS ground) was very slow and not very customer friendly. It was still great service from car part kings. Would DEFINATELY get my parts from them anytime.

I got the part I needed, I didn't have to pay an exorbitant fee for two day shipping, and I got the right part first time. The price, (which I probably shouldn't say because they might raise it), was $300.00 below Chrysler's list price. Yup, you read right Three hundred dollars.
Wow.
I have lung disease, if my car doesn't have air-conditioning, I'm grounded.
