The trouble they went to make sure the tyre I got was right for my car

Was given excellent advice as to which product to buy. Placed order and received wheel 2 days later.
The contents in the Breakdown kit are fantastic.

Space saver spare wheel tyre and accessories for Renault Captur Hybrid MY2026 (JB/JE).
Very good quality wheel and tyre, circumference of wheel/tyre pretty much identical to the fitted 19 inch alloys on vehicle. Compared to my previous space saver spares which were a lot skinnier this spare wheel looks far more substantial and I would have confidence using it on my vehicle.
It also fits underneath in the lower boot space perfectly with the accessories kit. I was willing to sacrifice this space for a space saver wheel.
Cheaper than Renault dealers spare wheel.
The package is delivered in two separate parcels and for some reason the accessory package did not get delivered on time, however after an Email to customer support the accessory package was delivered.
Very good communication and support.
If you don't mind losing the lower boot space and dislike the idea of using a can of sealant,which may or may not work, this kit is ideal.

The package was left propped u against the front door so I couldn’t open not open the door. The person delivering never knocked the door when I was waiting for them to deliver the package. The other thing they were ment to be collecting a package to go back which is still here . I cannot be in tomorrow for that to be picked up because I am sorting out my mother’s funeral in the next few days . I feel really let down by and disappointed by the delivery people.

Easy to order and top quality equipment. Only negative, not Road Hero problem is the space where a spacesaver wheel used to go is no longer accessible on my Honda Civic Sport

I bought a Road Hero spare wheel kit due to the fact my car only had the tyre sealant and pump, which in my opinion has limitations that could leave you stuck at the side of road. The Road Hero kit has all you need to get you back on your way in the event of a puncture and looks good quality.
The price was good and delivery was quick.
