We recently ordered a set of lowering springs for one of our customer's vehicles. Unfortunately, the original parcel was lost by DPD, which could have caused significant delays to the project.

The team at Carnoisseur, particularly Sharon, were absolutely brilliant throughout. Communication was excellent, they took ownership of the issue immediately, and arranged a replacement kit without hesitation.

Their proactive approach and exceptional customer service meant we were able to complete our customer's car on time, and most importantly, keep our customer happy.

All seamless and went well from order to the delivery

Kit arrived on time, well packaged with everything in near boot bag. Confess I have yet to try the wheel on the car but previous purchase for my MX 5 was perfect fit

I needed a spare wheel for my new Suzuki Swift and wasn't sure which one, so I messaged on the Sunday expecting an answer sometime the following week. By 7:30am the next day (i.e. Monday) I had the answer with the solution. I ordered it and it arrived on the Tuesday. Brilliant speedy service and super helpful support, can certainly recommend.

Delivery was on time no problem what so ever

First class customer service from start to finish. Item (Road Hero space saving spare wheel kit) arrived on time. However, there was an issue with the main wheel bag (zip was broken). I informed customer services and they dispatched a replacement immediately. Highly recommended retailer.

Responded quickly to DHL making a mess of delivery and got a replacement out very promptly. Commendably fast to respond to emails.

Great product at a great price especially with the free kit - excellent!

Ordered a set of Koni dampers with H&R springs (-30mm drop). Firstly, ordered I. The afternoon and they arrived the next morning. Each damper and each spring individually wrapped in bubble wrap before being boxed up.

Now this is where I made a mistake, due to the unique build I have on my car, the front dampers needed to be for a Mk4 R32/ MK1 Cupra R/ Mk1 TT due to needing the ARB mounts on the dampers, which I hadn't realised.

Having found this out when coming to have these fitted I contacted Carnoissar to discuss options. Keeping them updated with what I was looking for (with the updates information). Unfortunately there wasn't an option for me to get the front dampers/ springs that where in my price range and that matched the rears I already had.

I ensure that I took photos of the shocks I had to show the condition of them, keeping them in the loop every step of the way. I must thank Patrick for his help exploring options for me and then arranging for a return of my order. This is was able to drop off myself at the dedication Koni supplier and within 24hrs a full refund was completed.
No hesitation with ordering from them again, or recommend them.

Great experience from Carnoisseur. Called about getting a space saver wheel for my Renault and the guy I spoke to was very helpful and took my order over the phone and a couple of days later the space saver kit arrived. What more can you ask for!!!!

If you want to wait in to sign for a delivery then go ahead. A low cost item and unless I’m there to sign it’s taken away and not delivered. Could be left in a safe place and I’d be happy to sign a disclaimer. Instead I have to sit in waiting by the door. You have been warned. It’s very annoying indeed.

Ordered some new mats for 1987 Porsche Carrera, arrived in a couple of days, great delivery service, mats were not quite right, Patric is a fantastic chap to deal with, just WhatsApp him with my issue, asked me to mark where needs altering, sent them back, factory altered to my requirements and returned within days, fantastic service highly recommend
