NON PRENOTATE! PESSIMA ESPERIENZA!!
Prima di tutto l'auto che avevo prenotato non c'era: un minivan 9 posti non esisteva nemmeno presso l'autonoleggio. Poi chiedo la fattura e mi dicono che il loro sistema non prevede il rilascio della fattura!!

Sehr sehr scheißer hab online bezahlt aber leider war meine Karte kein Kredit Karte und hab das Geld einfach nicht mehr zurück bekommen also was das für ne abzockerei!! Geht ihr direkt eine Auto Mieten wenn was ist dann bekommt ihr Geld zurück aber nicjt ÜBER CARNGO

They cheat us for our money they didn't give us the car or the money back its the same company who have Ryanair they cheat and only cheating business when we came to pick up a car they will give us some old car and not cabriolet land rover like we had ordre or similar they have a Peugeot 206 not cabriolet at least beacause the land rover it had made and accident we sad ok give us our money back 460 € back for two days I could put 500 more and buy that car.
They sad Carngo have our money we spoke with them long talk short they sad like take it or leave it and forget you money. Don't ever use this kind off cheating company.

Never rent a car through this company. We made a reservation online with a close price and when we arrived to the place, the rental company wanted to charge us double the price. We were forced to cancel it. It was a shame.

I can't believe that a company would charge so much for deposit in this day and age , rip offs don't touch this company. I had a bereavement and also struggled to sort out a few things to collect the car and they don't care they simply kept my £44 and said if I want it keep going through the hoops basically to see if you can get it back. Disgusting.

В итоге мы с 2 маленькими детьми приехали в Тулум за авто сегодня утром 3 января, и авто нам не дали, так как компания Hertz сказала, что автомобилей нет, и чтобы мы просили у CARNGO возврат денег назад. Больше никогда не буду пользоваться услугами этой компании и никому никогда не порекомендую.

DO NOT GO THROUGH CARNGO IF YOU ARE HIRING FROM AUSTRALIA!!! They will rip you off!!!!!! Advertises in AUD and then charges you in USD! Later also found out that extra insurance through CarNGo won’t even work if you get into an accident! Absolute trash website! Tried contacting on numerous occasions attempting to explain but constantly got responses from different people not understanding a simple explanation. If you want to hire a car, go straight through the rental company’s site, not through these pathetic scam artists.

I want to leave a review about carngo.com, I booked a car at the airport in Milan for 9 days and made full payment for this reservation, the company received this money, when I came to receive the car, it turned out that the company does not work with applepay system, and I returned to take physical card, when I came and granted a freedom card, they told me that the reservation was canceled and the money could not be returned to me, such a company of scammers! Be careful, they are looking for any reason to take your money, referring to a contract that no one reads. I lost all the money because I returned for a card that my wife had and came with her later. it is not possible to leave a review on the site, as the site itself selects them, so they are all there positive

The car was fine, clean and ready. it was fueled and no issues whilst we had it. pick up and drop off (Fuerteventura) was easy. The reason for the poor score is, yet again, that feeling of being ripped off with insurance charges. We booked through Carngo although the car was provided by Top Car. When booking with Carngo, predictably the usual scare stories about the cost of damage insurance so we took the extra insurance. When collecting the car, Top Car insisted we took extra insurance or leave a huge deposit in case of damage. We showed them the paperwork for the extra insurance we had taken but he was unmoved; we had to take more extra insurance or leave the deposit. we paid the extra insurance (again) feeling conned. If you book via Carngo, don't get the extra insurance because the car provider will likely insist you do it with them. Better still, book with a different company.

I highly recommend this company if you need a car for a short period. Affordable prices and a large selection of cars. There is a suitable car for everyone. The fleet of the company is large, all cars are in good condition, clean and well maintained, it is immediately clear that the company cares about its reputation, and about its client.

Uwaga na tą firmę, zwłaszcza w przypadku potrzeby anulowania rezerwacji. Zgodnie z wyświetloną na ich stronie informacją mieli mi zwrócić prawie 360zl a zwrócili trochę ponad 200zl.Ich system niby źle policzył kwotę zwrotu, ale jedyne co w tej sytuacji robią to przepraszają za niedogodności i odsyłają do ogólnych warunków rezerwacji. Zero odpowiedzialności za błąd na stronie. A przedstawiłem screen z podsumowaniem. To strona należąca do Cartrawler, więc uwaga, bo pewnie nie tylko tu robią takie "wałki".

Полный отстой. Забронировал авто в Барселоне с мобильного положения. Бронирую первый раз. Заплатил за неделю 15000 рублей. Деньги с карты списались. Когда приехал получать авто, испанец насчитал залогов на 1400 евро. Денег с собой столько не было. Пытался дозвониться в службу carngo но трубку ни кто не берёт. Короче ни денег не машины. BEWARE THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RENTAL. They are an abosolute scam. Your reservation is not a guarantee of services. It's like going to the DMVs!(bring all your supporting documents and arrive EARLY) Cancel your reservation before your reservation time (or they will not give you full refund). If I could give them negative stars I would!

Wonderful service, we booked an a economy car in Florence. The price was really attractive about $7 per day. The car we got was not really new, but for that price, it was more than great. The pickup and drop off were also without any issues. The only problem we had with a rental car in Italy is parking. It is really difficult to find a parking spot in the central part of all big cities. And finally, if you find it, it may be so small or narrow that your will hardly fit. This was really stressful for me. So either don't park in the downtown of Italian cities, or practice your parking skills before getting your rental car.
