Spoken to a very polite salesman who talked me through all the details of the car and my buying options. I was happy with everything so I went down, the car was like he described it with no defects. Having three kids I wanted interior and exterior protection and they gave me a good discount on that. I’m very happy with my new car and the great service from the salesman

Finance was quick and easy. The car was absolutely immaculate when I went to collect. Sales guy had so much knowledge about the car I was buying he answered all my questions and I was fully comfortable before I drove away

Good sales man and what most impressed me was a long road test on both urban and motorway, pointed out deep scratch on door and he said he would get it done and he did. Good price and even the add on warranty seems pretty good.

Easy reservation from their website. I got contacted shortly after to discuss the details of the car and to ask a few questions. Overall I'm very happy with my new car and the service I received

We bought 2 cars from them and both broke down within a month. On the paper they hand to you was a different mileage with what the car actually had.
When called on the way home when we realised and told them they said that we drove 4000 miles in an hour.
When wanted to return one of the car because it broke down and the cost was around 2000 they said that I've been driving it and that's why has broke down. So I'm still paying for them and one of them costed me around 6000 to fix everything that kept broken down and still does.

Called up a few different places to ask about what they had in stock and also how much I could get for my own car. Car firm gave me the best price for my current car and I’ve decided to go with them

Called to reserve a car, it had full main dealer service history, spare keys and everything else, I asked for a asap delivery as my got written off and I travel to work everyday. Guys were so understanding and helpful they got everything done in a day and had my car delivered the next day to my work! Thank you for your help and quick delivery

Visited their showroom last week to have a look at 2 cars that I liked, they let me drive both and when I chose one we sat down to do finance application. Unfortunately because of my credit score I couldn’t get accepted but the service was top quality and I will be coming back to them when it’s time

Went in to see a car I saw on their website, had a test drive, seen all the paperwork and went through part exchange details. They put a very good and affordable finance deal together. I actually got more for my old car than I was expecting and it went towards my deposit so I was really happy about that ☺️

Just got home following a 6 hour drive from purchasing my new car from this dealer. Sceptical at first and a little nervous considering the distance i had travelled and buying a tuned car but what a result. Well chuffed with my new car it drives awesome and pulls solid. I've been looking to part exchange my modified s3 for a while, I've been offered very low prices or been told they don't want it by many places. I came across one of the adverts of car firm and contacted them. The guys were friendly and actually gave me a very good price for my car, so I put a reserve down on the car and went to see it. When I got there, you could tell that the car was well looked after and cared for. Once I done all my check and they checked my car out we had a good deal and I drove away the same day. I couldn't be happier for both taking my car in part exchange and sorting out a good deal for me.

Purchased my vehicle using car firm delivery service, my car was delivered within the agreed time and was exactly how it was described. I am really happy with my purchase, having owned it for over 3 weeks!

Applied for finance on the website, got a call from finance manager to say it was all good and accepted. Booked an appointment to go and see the car and it was much much better than I expected and had a thorough clean. They provided me with a full main dealer history and a 3 years premium warranty that I was very keen on as it covered everything

If considering buying a car from this company, recommend taking a mechanic with you and checking the car top to bottom before parting with your money. My car had chipped windscreen and missing key on delivery. Allegedly fully serviced but service light came on 2 days after delivery. Worn out brake pads and filthy AC filter found at service. Carfirm staff either not interested in resolving or make promises that aren't kept - still waiting for the new brake pads they were posting 1 week ago.

Definitely not trustworthy to buy online on basis of marketing materials. I'm £350 out of pocket for a car I've owned for less than 2 weeks.

look at the 5* reviews, look how non-specific and bland they are, now look at the 1 and 2* reviews, that's where the truth about this company is located. An MOT was done by mates or Mr Magoo. A fault alert on startup - so do we tell the customer or ensure the car is always running when he visits ... what do you think they chose to do? Despite reporting the issue within 2 hours nothing. 4 new tyres as apparently having matching tyres is a good thing and being asked by my mechanic why jaguar only painted half the bonnet oh and 40+ fault codes and a full service later still nothing. Do not spend a penny with this firm, and before you say we have no record of your business. I will make a deal. If I can prove I bought a car from you, you promise to refund me all my costs incurred within the first 2 months of ownership, or as I like to look at it two months after you scammed me.
ps look at how they respond to real 1* reviews... that's the real customer service ethic right there. swamp with 5* made-ups and bury the truth...

I was so nervous to buy a car effectively unseen but Car Firm Luton have proven that truly honest car sales companies do exist! The pictures and videos of the car were extensive and the sales team service on the phone was excellent so I went out on a limb and purchased the car over the phone as it was such a great price. Delivery was arranged for the next day (I did have to bank transfer the full amount first which was terrifying having not seen the car in person). The car came on a transporter at the precise time given to me and it was exactly as described...if not better in fact as it had many more extra features than advertised. I would absolutely recommend this company and they will be my first port of call when we come to replace my husbands car next year. Thank you so much guys.

Never thought about buying a car online without seeing it until I came across car firm. All their videos and pictures of the cars were so detailed and when I called up I was given all of the service history and mot details over the phone and even done another walk around the car for me. I couldn't fault the services and they certainly know how to prep a car! Once the car arrived, it was immaculate, very nicely cleaned and not a mark on it. Super happy with the car and the service they've provided me. Highly recommend
