DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... order placed & paid for 9th may for nearly £500 , still no sign now 23rd June, chased and chased just lies after lies, false promises on delivery dates even changing the story of who is delivering, unable to provide any tracking information at all, just a big SCAM Have asked for a full refund , the customer service is shocking I guess because they don't give a damn and to this point have not sent anything out to actually be delivered , I've spoken with both EMMA and STUART and intend now on contacting the MD I'm told his name is ELLIOTT RUSHDEN. not even sure if that is true .... Also now contacting the TRADING STANDARDS, this cant be allowed to carry on ....

WE ORDERED 5,000 PREMIUM BOXES AND PAID £10,000. THE ORDER WAS LATE AND WHEN THE BOXES ARRIVED WE RECEIVED 160 INSTEAD OF 5,000. GLUE ALL OVER THE BOXES, INCOMPLETE AND VERY POOR QUALITY. TOLD THE REMAINDER WOULD BE SENT. WE EVEN PROVIDED THEM WITH A SAMPLE OF THE BOX WE.WANTED TO BE REPLICATED EXACTLY. DIFFERENT CHEAPER CORRUGATED CARD WAS USED AND THE PRINT WAS AWFUL. THESE WERE REFUSED BY OUR CUSTOMER. WE ARE NOW EMBROILED IN A COURT CASE.
IN CORRESPONDENCE WITH THEM THEY ALSO BREACHED THE CONFIDENCE OF AN ORDER RELATING TO A LARGE CORPORATE COMPANY'S PRODUCTS AND SENT ME NUMEROUS EMAILS ABOUT THAT ORDER.
THIS COMPANY DID NOT DELIVER ON TIME, SENT AN INFERIOR CHEAPER PRODUCT WHICH CANT BE USED AND BREACHED THE INFORMATION AND CONFIDENCE OF ANOTHER CUSTOM.

If I could I would give no stars at all. I ordered boxes on the wednesday for a move the next friday (so they had over a week to get them to me). Their order form asked to specify the moving date so they could deliver on time. I paid but the boxes didn't come. I waited until the wednesday but still nothing so I got some boxes elsewhere as I needed to start packing. I phoned them. They were quite rude and sneered when I said I wanted a refund. They said that I had to send an email to a specific email address, they did not accept requests over the phone. I sent the email mid-december. I have chased and chased the refund since then. The woman who deals with refunds works one day a week, that's it. I rang yesterday to find out what had happened to my refund and I was told it had been processed before Christmas but it might take a few days to show because of the Christmas break. Fine. Then today I receive an email from DPD saying that they have the boxes out for delivery and will let me know when to expect them! I phone Cardboardboxes2go and the woman on the phone couldn't help me, didn't know why that had happened, reminded me that the woman who deals with the refunds only came in once a week...basically, they're absolutely useless and nobody can help when you ring. I don't want the bloody boxes now, three weeks late; why they decided to send them out after all that time is a mystery to me, fair enough, but also, seemingly, a mystery to them! Avoid them , they really are rubbish!

I ordered and paid for a lot of boxes on the 13th June. They arrived a few days ago on the 22nd July. I've lost track of how many delivery dates I was given, none of them were accurate. The boxes finally arrived with no notice when I had given up chasing them.

I tried to cancel the order as I had already purchased other boxes from somebody else. Their customer service then said, in an email:

"As previously advised you have agreed to our terms and conditions which states that time is not of the essence. As such as a company you do not have any right to cancellation once the order is accepted in line with the relevant legislation governing B2B sales."

I would never deal with this company again.

Boxes never arrived. No response to emails. I feel cheated.

I'm moving out but don't have boxes i have ordered. My order arrived late and incomplete despite assurances (and two weeks notice) that it would arrive at particular date. Customer service unable to deal with missing items over the telephone and no responses to emails. AVOID

I had ordered from Cardboardboxes2go in the past and the boxes arrived flat-packed, as one would expect. They weren't the best boxes on the market, but they were adequate for the purpose. So imagine my surprise when I discovered upon opening my last delivery that the boxes have an additional fold in their walls. When I queried this, I was told that this was to enable them to fit them into their shipping boxes! They have refused to acknowledge that these additional folds has resulted in the loss of strength of the boxes. They have refused to replace them or to refund me. I was prepared to tape the nasty scores in some of these rather shabby boxes, but there is nothing I can do about the bends in their walls. Needless to say, I shall never use this company again, as they have proved beyond doubt that they cannot be trusted and that they don't care about their customers.

The boxes were as described and delivered in good time. The price was very good (hence choosing them). I would have liked a confirmation e-mail (all I got was the PayPal receipt), but customer service was quick to respond when I asked about it.

Ordered 240 boxes from this company, received 150 in 1 week, and other 90 waiting 5 weeks, phoned them twice a week, asking to update when I should receive the rest of the order, they always say that email me as soon as get any information and never email me back. Week ago they said that posted, I asked the tracking details they said that person which works with my order on the meeting and will email or phone me after she finish, and of course she didn't contact me, after 2 days later I phoned again, and this time that person already on holiday, and they can't provide me tracking details and dropped the phone. I think they didn't post the rest of my order.
Customer service zero, and always lying.

Ordered some postal boxes as the picture showed a specific style which I required. Received 2 boxes of a completely different product!
The items only cost me £14.98, but to return it I would have to pay the returns fee plus a £10 admin fee which means I'd basically get nothing back.
Not worth the time or hassle.

takes your money but you don,t get your goods. phone them and same excuse delivery driver has not picked it up. there is another review section on here about them all with the same reviews no goods show up. stay away from these jokers or you will get stung.
