Beware, it is a SCAM!
For years we were using this app and in the Terms and Conditions it said that the money collected could be withdrawn for local projects.
The thing is that after 3 years using it and more than 20.000€ raised we have seen that they have changed their T&C and now you can not withdraw that money for local projects that we were going to invest in helping families affected by the floods in Valencia. When we asked them to prove that they had warned us by email of these changes in T&C they have not been able to give us an answer and say that they have changed platform and can not retrieve that information. To make matters worse, initially it only said that we only had €2,000 when in fact we had more than €20,000 and they claimed that it was a problem with their old platform and they gave us access to the new one where the total amount collected did appear but they still do not let us use it.
Now our legal team is going to sue this company for fraud and we will try to bring them to justice. Avoid this type of companies that only do greenwashing.

Saying that I'm incredibly disappointed and frustrated would only scratch the surface; I would go so far as to claim this is a scam were it not for these other positive reviews. I registered for their $9/month Climate Friendly Cart for WooCommerce service and was surprised to see a $399 charge from them the other day! How does that happen? I also requested invoices for my transactions from them weeks ago via the email they specifically told me to contact for such requests; absolutely no response. I don't know how they get away with running their business like this. My trust in them has been irreparably damaged at this point. I definitely recommend avoiding them at all costs; I just hope you read this before registering!

I can't speak for their general business. All I know is that their WordPress plugin happily took my credit card details but then refuses to change these, close my account and even fails to remove the plugin from wordpress.

The plugin acts like a Trojan, and the company doesn't respond to any of their official support channels.

I wouldn't trust them anymore, and you should be careful too.
