Good quality panels fast delivery will be using again in the near future

We orderd a under body sill, which turned out to be incorrect, the correct
one was sorted out, and we received this a few days later, perfect.

Ordered part, stated 1-2 day delivery. parts not shipped, no notification that was advised, no response to phone, e-mail or in-website chat

Excellent quality service and the panels are of a good quality

Great Company to deal with, but sadly poor choice of couriers… who falsely said they tried to deliver and then didn’t turn up on the following day as promised.
Finally received part a day later, happily in perfect condition.

Probably the worst panel company on the net
No customer service-do not answer the phone do not answer email and never anyone on live chat
Just cancelled our order after a week of waiting with no contact from them.
YOUR RECORDS ARE WRONG I DID NOT CANCEL

I placed the order with the panels in stock. when i placed the order i was later told two of the panels were on order with a delivery of 3 weeks.
i chased the panels on the delivery date, to be told they are awaiting a call off the delivery driver to unload. i chased this again one week later to be told they have arrived to your depot.
two of the 3 panels arrived. i emailed Car Body Panels 4U with regards the missing panel. 3 days later i am still awaiting a reply.

Frustrating experience. Product shown as in stock on website, so ordered. Received phone call week later to say they couldn’t get it. What?!! One month and several unreturned phone calls to an answerphone AND an attempt at Livechat which was Facebook Messenger (no reply) I finally got my van part. I wouldn’t use them again, their communication, or lack of it, is appalling.

Ordered my panel online 13/04/21 and it arrived 10/08/21...almost 4 months later. The issue was that the panel was showing in stock with car body panels, but out of stock with their supplier. I emailed on the 25th April and was called directly to advise this. Another delivery date was issued. I emailed again on the 1st June when it never arrived and got no response, however a week or two later I was called by them and advised of another hold up - at this point was told 4 weeks til it arrives in the UK and then overnight delivery. It was late, but it is now here. I think the company did their best under difficult covid/brexit circumstances and they did eventually deliver a panel to fit a 30 year old car. I think a star off for the 4 month delay, and another star off as they didn't address my request to have the £12 delivery charge waived. I am going to email them to ask again and will update this review accordingly.

Say they have panels in stock on there websites and on the phone and after paying for them you get a email saying they are out of stock I’ve be waiting over a month now for my panels and still not got them customer service is crap all you get is a answer phone and they don’t reply to emails avoid at all costs

Happy with service but not with courier , as this took two weeks.

It took a long time for the parts to arrive.

Waited couple of week for my panel that I ordered told me it was lost in the post sent me a new panel BUT wrong panel. I ordered N/S inner door panel BUT got sent O/S inner panel emailed your company BUT still had no reply back on what happens next. Would be nice to get an answer form your company.

Paid for two day delivery took over a week to come
