Good price, kept me informed of when panel were being delivered very the chap on the end of phone was polite did have to wait some time for my last panel because it was coming from Germany, very happy over all and will use this company again in the future thank you

A difficult wing panel to obtain . A Toyota Rav 4 short wheelbase with body kit . Toyota stopped making them but you managed to track one down for us .not cheap but a good panel .Just got to see if it fits !

Service was prompt and efficient, but the wing panel ordered was poorly packed and arrived damaged in transit. After service procedures were complex and ineffective.

Really helpful and was quick to inform when items where damaged and in an unsell able condition and informed me when they were getting more in stock

Not a 100% good fit but a bit of tweaking job done

I paid £15 for 1-2 day delivery as my van was booked in at a garage. It arrived after 5 days meaning I now have to wait 3 weeks til another slot. When I asked for my money back for the express delivery I had no response.
Shame as the product was good quality

Very very poor customer service and communication, I was waiting months for panels to be delivered. But they were the only place that had them listed on the website so I was stuck, I'd seriously only consider using them again if I was absolutely stuck and had no other option.

Ordered a sill on line, it was the cheapest I could find cam the next working day, very pleased

Could have been quicker but the guy did keep in touch so fair play for that

Poor service I ordered a front bumper couldn't find it on there web site so phoned them and talked to a sales person he said they did,nt have one in stock so they had an another supplier that charged me £40 extra got it and it was,not they right one then was tolt it was the responsibility of the buyer to make sure it was the right one.So had to return it and I had to pay for the courier still have not recieved confirmation that my money has been paid back not good.

The company phoned immediately after I bought the panel to say there would be a delay in supplying the part. So good comms. On delivery there had occurred some damage to the sharp edges of the panel. Packaging needs improvement to avoid this happening.
