Only getting 1 star because I can't give zero. Absolutely dreadful customer service. Waited 3 months for a bed on back order. When it did finally arrive (after chasing up with the company twice) it was very poor quality, damaged and didn't fit together properly. The bed was returned 2 weeks ago, the refund was promised last week and still hasn't arrived. Now having to deal with reclaiming money via legal route. Absolute scammers, and the only recommendation I would make would be to AVOID this company and website at all costs. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

Superb quality product which my little boy loves. I made the mistake of standing on the bed (I weigh 17 stone!) and broke some of the slats. I got in touch with them to order some more and they sent me some replacements for no extra charge. They didn’t even charge me postage. Now that’s customer service!

Bought my 5 year old the BMW MZ bed, he absolutely loves it. Great quality bed, the opening and closing doors are a great feature. Love the LED lights, really pleased with it. Customer service was great too, Luke was very helpful . The guys that assembled the bed were very professional and tidy and spent time showing my son how to work it. Thank you.

I ordered my Sons Car bed in September sometime on back order , i must say the process was smooth and the customer service i have received so far is excellent. I couldnt have my bed delivered when they finally came back in stock due to a lack of space and they gladly kept it for me until i was ready to have it delivered. Most emails are responded to in good time and telephone conversations regarding questions i had were pleasant.

The car looks amazing my son loves it , he has been bragging in nursery about his blue car bed and its so realistic. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who wants to buy, should you have any issues they are ready to assist. I am most likely going to purchase another when my youngest transitions from his cotbed.

First off, the car bed is excellent and made very well. Most importantly my boy absolutely loves it! There was a slight issue with some of the fixings for the bed which caused some damage to the bed. However, I phoned up and they sent out a whole new replacement bed instead of the bits that were broken. The customer service was some of the best I've come across in my lifetime. I'll certainly be dealing with them in the future!

Excellent service. Nothing was too much to ask. I purchased a bed and petrol pump drawers and my son absolutely loves them. The bed connects to his iPad and the flashing lights make it fun. Would definitely recommend!
