I love Caramella! First discovered them on TikTok, their live streams are a great way to see the products being tried on and it’s a chance to grab some fab discounts. The live staff are always so lovely and helpful. I ordered 3 fur coats for this cold season and wow, so luxurious. The quality for the price is incredible. I also had an issue with a return and contacting customer service who didn’t receive my first email but following that the team were great and dealt with the issue quickly. Highly recommend. Thank you angels <3

Would highly recommend ordering from Caramella. The shorts are amazing and great quality. They had a supplier problem with the items I ordered causing delays but I was kept updated and as soon as the delivery was fulfilled they were sent out to me the same day. Eve was super helpful and I will be using Caramella again. xx

I can honestly say the customer service is the best iv ever received, the lady I dealt with couldn’t help enough and went out of her way to help me. My jeans were unreal quality and beautiful iv never received so many compliments and people asking me where I had purchased them! 10/10!!

I’m a loyal Caramella customer and I Bought their new pair of sequined mesh trousers for a Christmas event. Upon arrival, I noticed that the trousers were missing sequins in a noticeable area on the garment. I reached out to customer services who were prompt to assist me and offered a partial refund to get the garment fixed or replacement garment, as I needed the trousers asap I opted for the refund to get them fixed that day. I just received an email that I’m receiving a refund of £4. Stingy isn’t even the word! I was expecting at least half of the amount to be refunded for the inconvenience of me having to go into the effort as a customer to get this fixed as well as getting the supplies required and then getting these repaired. This refund amount is embarrassing for a company of this size. I’ll be reluctant to order again. It feels like I’m getting punished for receiving a faulty garment, I also don’t understand how you can offer a replacement for a £40 pair of trousers no questions asked yet you can only provide a £4 refund to get them repaired, like I said above, stingy!

My fav place to shop!!! I order so many items from here and never had a problem! Beautiful quality clothes, sizing is great, delivery is fast and customer service is brilliant!! Thank you girls. Can’t wait for my other bits to come, just had some delivered today and they’re gorgeous ❤️❤️

I had ordered a coat and didn’t read the time scale (my bad) I needed this coat asap with me going away. I emailed them on instagram & they got in touch STRAIGHT AWAY. & offered to post one for 24 hour delivery.
