Canopy Airport Parking Anmeldelser 

Upon arrival at covered parking there was a sign indicating “for quickest pick up park in row I”. We parked in row I only to be left there while 2-3 shuttles picked up people in rows A-F but never came to our side of the garage and we had to schlep all of our bags to those aisles to get picked up and scolded by driver for leaving our car after 20 mins of waiting. Upon return we waited for over 40 mins for pick up at terminal with 20-25 other people who all wanted in the same shuttle. We went to the door your ticket told us to use and found that Canopy pickup was at a different door than listed on your own tickets. When calling for assistance was told be staff that patience would suffice because shuttles are sent every 10-15 mins. Upon return to covered parking attendant left us until last because we didn’t have a ticket because we never got one when we arrived because no one ever picked us up at our car and we had to drag our bags as mentioned above. This was a disaster at every turn. TLDR - if you tell customers where to park/ pick up at terminal you should be servicing those areas regularly. It is frustrating to follow YOUR instructions and still be left with no/ rude service

Easy to get to and use. We booked ahead and instructions were clear. The shuttle was there to pick us up immediately both at the parking lot and at the airport on our way back.

I parked with Canopy partially for the covered parking but partially for the EV charging. There was not clear instructions or signage as to the proper process for parking and charging my EV. Also, the return driver was not very helpful in coordinating my drop off. He seemed annoyed that the driver from pickup did not give me a slip.

Easy in. Easy out. Bus met us upon our arrival.

It will be helpful if we can get our parking slot picture the email instead of finding the receipt in case it's lost or unable to find situation. Thanks.

Canopy Parking always exceeds my expectations! When I returned from a business trip at midnight, they were still running every 10 minutes - and their pleasant driver greeted us all with "Welcome Back!" Their prices are exceptional, and checking in and out with a reservation is so easy.

My only concern is the potholes in the parking lot.

The parking area outside had a lot of pot holes that should be filled in. The drivers are always courteous and helpful.

Clean facility, clean and quickly available shuttles, very friendly and professional shuttle drivers.

Wish y’all would clean the covered parking lot more. It’s so full of dust and dirt. Like piles of it

Just wasn’t impressed. Long wait for transport to DIA. Return trip had to wait for our car even though we had valet service (car wasn’t pulled and ready).

Able to park, get door to door pick up and drop off. Courteous service.

Pick up at the lot and airport were timely. Bus was a rough ride and the lot needs some TLC.

I always use the VIP parking .... but, with travel picking up the airport, lines, etc. are a zoo. Not sure it's worth paying extra anymore for VIP service.

Parked in covered parking. Vehicle safe from weather and any other issues. Staff extremely helpful.
Arrived after midnight back into the Denver area...called for shuttle. Unfortunately it was full. Was reimbursed for going over check out time. Thank you 😊
Frequently used parking area for travel from DIA.

Getting out late at night the email code to get out of the gate would not work. Attempted not only several times but moved to another gate. Had to call at 12:45am with the hope someone would answer the phone so they could let us out.
