Canopy Airport Parking Anmeldelser 

Everything went smoothly and efficiently from booking, to check-in, to check-out. Buses to DIA were right there when I parked and when I got to the island to return to Canopy. This is a great offsite parking site.

The trip to the airport was efficient and uneventful. However, when I came back it was 1am; there was a 1 hr delay to get our bags so it was 2am when I arrived at the island at the Canopy sign - there were about 6 other people already waiting there. After about 20 min, I called Canopy and they said a driver was enroute and another would be dispatched shortly - there were now about 10 people waiting. After another 10-15 min, others called (and apparently some had called prior to my first call). It was 2:50am when the shuttle arrived - several others from competitive lots had come and gone more than once! The 13 of us that had been waiting almost an hour were at least able to squeeze into one van but the wait was agonizing for such an early hour! Maybe you're short on drivers? and the driver of our shuttle DID apoligize for the wait and remarked that the "morning rush" had already started but it was outside the service quality I've experienced from your garage in the past.

Service was great. Drivers are always very courteous. One small issue, not enough to take away a star but, the tickets given to people that tell them which door to go out need to be updated. Several people were very upset that they had missed a previous shuttle because they weren't aware.

Waited for over 10 minutes for a shuttle to pick me up in the covered lot. I had to call so one would come.

Very reliable. The shuttle both ways couldn't have been any more prompt. We always use Canopy!

I haven’t had problems in the past but this time the shuttle took too long, the person standing behind me had to call to see where the shuttle was because we were waiting so long.

I was charged an extra $14 even though I had paid for that day.

Not enough shuttles running - one finally showed up and only had three seats available and had to continue to wait. Pre-paid for 12 days and then was charged additional 10% fee above and beyond when leaving. I’m done with this place.

Driver Gary not very helpful. No help loading our baggages walked by us and went to help another white female. Upon arrival at airport he just pointed at the entrance to airline didn’t even offer help for our luggages maybe because we’re asians. Disappointing

Was easy to find and reserve a spot online, but the roads In side the lot had a numerous big pot holes a day the parking spaces are kind of narrow. I ended up with a door ding on my compact car

I had top notch service from the driver that picked me up and dropped me off. Canopy is my new parking spot for travel. I am thoroughly impressed. Thank you!!

Great rates and plenty of room and parking options. Only negative was it was very poorly lit. I came in at 3 am and it was pitch black from the entrance forward and into the garage - no lighting at all. Hard to navigate the signage and where to go - and honestly I wasn’t sure it was even open. Very much a safety hazard in my opinion.

it was awesome! they picked us up right at the car ! and got us right back to the car when we got back :) and the car was safe :)

No problems everything went smoothly and not a bad price if you have all the benefits to get that.

The female shuttle bus driver we had on July 18th (about 3:30am) is wonderful!! We have had her before. If all employees were as knowledgeable and personable as she is, WOW! Great customer service!

Everything goes as smooth as possible.

It doesn't matter if you were the first one in the shuttle, if you are parked at letter J or K, you will have to wait for all the letter in front to get dropped . Sometimes they should work backwards .....
