The bus driver lost our luggage on our way to catch her flight. Would do nothing to help us find it. When it was found at Denver international airport my contents was missing beware of this company somebody's making money off stolen luggage

We are usually happy with our experience with Canopy. Our trip in June of 2022 however we had several things on our return home that did not go smoothly after already a long day of travel. We had to wait longer for or shuttle pick up, our Flt got in 30 minutes early, landing at 10:30 p.m., but then had to wait for a second shuttle for pick up to our car. Then when we were to drive out of parking our QR code wouldn't scan to open the gate out nor our parking ticket. When we initially called for help the ticket gate didn't accept our prepaid parking ticket and wanted us to pay again! Then we asked for assistance the 1st person said well just pay the ticket again...
Then we got the manager and he had to look up our prepaid discounted reservation and manually let us out. that took 30 minutes just to get out of parking. at this point it was Midnight. a long drive home to our mtn home in Colorado.

If we could give fewer stars we would. They did not run enough shuttles so we had to wait 30 minutes for a ride to the airport and nearly 45 back to our car. It was awful. We watched other companies come by over and over, probably some companies ran 5 for every one of Canopy’s. Don’t do it.

Starting to lose faith in Canopy. I was very happy with Canopy for many years, but lately, each time we travel the experience seems to get a little worse. On our last trip the shuttle air conditioner was blowing extremely hot air on a 90+ degree day. Several of us passengers asked the driver to shut off the climate control because of the sweltering heat and she responded by saying the air conditioner wasvworking fine where she was sitting. She never did turn off the air and we arrived at the airport soaked in sweat. Not a great way to start a vacation. On the return trip, we had to wait for a second shuttle because the first filled up too quickly, which is becoming a more common occurrence. I understand that it is difficult to find drivers, but none of the other car parking facilities seem to have a problem with getting everyone on their shuttles. Finally the deterioration of the parking lot with massive, potentially vehicle damaging potholes is concerning. I did notice that some of the potholes had been filled with gravel on my return trip but those had been there for an exceptionally long time before receiving any attention. The parking prices continue to rise but very little of the revenue appears to be going into facility upkeep.

I will give Canopy one more opportunity to restore my faith, but another poor experience will force me to take my business elsewhere.

The potholes are almost unavoidable. Please repair!!

I experienced difficulty entering and exiting. The scanner did not read my reservation on entering and I had to call for assistance. On exiting I was told I had a balance and when I reviewed my invoice it showed my two previous payments had been voided. Delays and frustration with the process.

The service was great and the people who work there are nice and pleasant!

Everything turned out fine but when arriving in covered parking we followed the directions but no shuttle picked us up. We had to call the number indicated fir assistance and after a number of prompts we talked to a dispatcher about our problem. Somehow they missed us arriving but soon had a shuttle to the airport.

When booking in advance, keep in mind the scanner does not work but the people inside the office were able to assist me.

The whole experience was great, as always. Upon arrival, quick pickup and drop off at the airport. Upon landing, virtually no wait, even after landing after midnight. Service was great and it is so convenient knowing my vehicle is safe under cover and I don't need to drag luggage across a parking lot.

Great parking experience, I’ll definitely use Canopy again.

Canopy is always there and the employees are always a delight!

Nealy 1 hour wait at 5th floor DIA parking shuttle pickup site, grossly unacceptable and we won't use Canopy because of this again. The Parking Spot, Park DIA, Park to Jet, and every other shuttle came by 4-5 times in the time that it took for the Canopy shuttle. Very disappointed. (7/24/22 at 8 pm - you must be way understaffed )

We when we went to depart from the terminal there was a shuttle waiting but it was full. We waited 28mim before another shuttle returned and that one was full with the exception of 4 seats. We’ve never waited so long to get out of the airport before. The driver seemed more interested in talking with a person I can only assume was a trainee that we got off before making it to our vehicle and walked because of the conversations at every stop.

I'm a regular with Canopy parking (8 trips totaling 54 days in the past 12 months) and we just had our best experience on our way home. All of our other trips have been just fine, but this time it was great because the new signage at the pickup spot at the terminal made it easy for everyone to figure out where to go and line up.
Our drivers are always welcoming and and helpful which we appreciate as a family with small kids and a lot of large baggage (stroller and car seats.) This time around Leon was our driver and he was a step above the rest. He gave a warm welcome and was the kindest and most helpful driver we've encountered so I wanted to take the time to let you that after 16 shuttle rides in the past year, Leon was the best.

Additional note: the lot has a few rough spots that could use some attention, but it won't stop us from coming back. Finally, the Regular discount is also why we choose Canopy over the others.
