Scammed out of money as no goods were received they have not responded to emails- do not buy from this company

Ordered at the end of Jan, but it’s mid March and I haven’t received anything and no responses to any of the emails I’ve sent… really disappointing…

Not effective and no result oriented. When I put complain they even don't bother to reply. Very bad and unproductive outcomes. My skin got rashes and am much worried

I bought this with high expectations because of the advertising saying how it smells like strawberries and is easy and quick to get off hairs as it shows on videos, clearly not. I bought the bundle of the strawberry mousse, mitt and moisturiser, too expensive by the way. Firstly the mitt didn’t come. Secondly I opened it straight away and smelled it and it smells nothing like strawberries, personally I think it smells worse than the nair cream that smells like egg. I used it on my arms and legs and even did a patch test and left it on like instructed and then washed and wiped off, but my hair was not taken off at all, and was red. So I thought that might be because of the mitt like when you exfoliate it happens. So I put it all on this time and did it again and instead of it coming off it left me with patches, red skin that stinks, and burnt my hairs. Pieces of my hair were singing like it was burnt and as I picked it, it was coming off but I tried rubbing with the mitt again and nope nothing came off. It doesn’t work and it stinks. And nobody gets back to you. So I would rather smell like egg from normal creams you can get to remove hair than smell like whatever scent was in this and have patches and red irritated skin, it also burnt my tattoo and made it sting and irritated too and of course they won’t give you any sort of refund either for false advertisement and how it’s made my skin.

Avoid! When you order items, you expect them to deliver; and don’t even receive a response if you try to contact the company (three occasions)! I only wish I had read reviews before ordering items for a present. AVOID THIS COMPANY, would be my recommendation!

Terrible product. Left it for the full time and I don’t think it removed even one of my hairs! It’s smells horrible and the spray goes everywhere. They must of spent all the money on the fancy and pointless packaging! Do better!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered during the presale as a girl with pcos and stubborn hair this sounded like a dream. Order took over 5 months to come. When it did come the product was faulty smelt like rotten eggs and didn’t come out. After the 2nd time contacting them I got a response and was told a replacement was on the way. The replacement has yet to anrrive and after follow up emails which haven’t been replied to no refund was allowed and no communication. Poor customer service and poor product don’t waste the time. As other people have said any negative comments are removed too.

One of the worst beauty products I have ever tried! Firstly, it did not do a great job of removing hair. I still had quite a bit of hair left over. Putting it on and then taking it off was such a messy business! The foam gets everywhere and be careful because it will stain. It smelled terrible, like a thousand chemicals and it stung when removing it. I can't believe the price they are putting on this product!

DO NOT BUY. I done the pre-order for the 3 pack when they first started advertising on TikTok. I waited until August to receive my product and there was 2 cans missing. I contacted numerous times and getting a reply was like pulling teeth. They did eventually get back to me and told me a refund was not possible but issued store credit. This store credit meant I could only buy 1 can, which is yet to arrive. I used the 1 can I did receive and the smell is so strong, 2 hours later it is still lingering and my partner took unwell with the smell. Not one hint of the 'candy' scent advertised. It removed the tiniest patch of hair despite following the instructions. Absolute scam, do not waste your time or money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Since my first purchase I have received 4 cans with none of them working. The cans are faulty and product does not spray out. The fragrance is revolting and smells nothing like the promised 'candy'. Their customer service was patchy and inconsistent. Don't waste your money like I did, you'll be sorry.

Placed an order but never received it. Had no reply to email of fb message. I had to get my bank involved to get my money back

Ordered a 3 pack and only received 1. I emailed but they never got a reply from them. The cream smells awful and stunk out my whole house. Cream didn’t remove any hairs despite following the directions. Don’t waste your money.

Don’t buy this product it’s a rip off. I brought and waited ages not to even receive it months later so messaged and sent me a replacement one like anyone you get so excited on small things and this cream was one when it said it removes hair after 6 mins. I tried it as soon as I got it and ment to be strawberry sent smelt like gone off egg and did what the instructions told me and all my hair is still on my body thickness and all. I’ve asked for a refund as this stuff is not on the cheap side for sure 😭 I don’t ever complain but pls if reading or thinking about buying this don’t better of shaving or getting a wax done.

The product does not do what it says. It smells absolutely atrocious, does not remove hair and completely tarnishes and discoloured all jewellery. All of pandora rings, bracelets and charms are completely ruined. Over £600 of jewellery ruined, all for a mousse that does not even remove hair!!!

Avoid, Avoid, avoid !!!

I ordered the hair removal cream.
I received it however my bottle didn’t work so I emailed them. They replied after 2 emails and said they would send me a new one. I heard nothing. I emailed again, twice, and got the same reply. They would send me a new bottle and the tracking details along with it. I did not receive either. I have further written 2 more emails asking for my money back as I spent atleast £50 on this and no one is replying to me now.
04/11/25 - They now claim to have refunded me in full however they have only refunded me for the mousse and not the rest of the stuff i bought and asked for a refund for.

I think it is completely inappropriate that you think you can charge people over £50 for an order and then have the audacity to not send it out. I have emailed multiple times to the response of “our apologies, it’s been sent out with an extra gift for the inconvenience” yet I still have no order over a month later!
I am absolutely furious that I have spent my money on these items to receive nothing, and be treated with the worst customer service I have ever received.
I definitely do not recommend ordering from this company!

Product arrived, used it once, was fairly happy wirh it. Second application and the nozzle didn't work, emailed and had an almost immediate response to offer an apology and a replacement was promised.
This never came, emailed again to say it hadn't arrived, again a fairly prompt response to again offer an apology and they'd look into it.
That was the last I heard, No replacement Product. No further correspondence from the company and I have a almost full bottle of expensive cream i can't use.
Poor show all round!

Placed my order for the cream at the start of September, parcel ended up lost in transit. Replacement order was meant to be arranged and I'd be sent new tracking details. I did not receive any updates, requested a refund and the company are ignoring the emails considering the order was over £50 but there avoiding doing a refund and giving the run around. Would not recommend placing an order
