C&M Travel Recruitment Anmeldelser

Lisa responded extremely quickly to my application and was really helpful and kind throughout. From initial application to job offer took only 5 days which included one online interview and one in person interview! Lisa made the process pain free and was reassuring throughout. I would highly recommend C&M specifically Lisa!

Exceptional service! I have used them in the past and will continually use them when in need of work as not only are they proactive with seeking new roles for you but they are very hands on and friendly and make the entire process as seamless as possible. I send special thanks to Harri whom was exceptional with her communication as well as Jacky and Alex. Keep up the stellar work.

After being made redundant and as a travel industry professional with 20+ years experience, I was excited to see all the amazing opportunities listed with C&M.

Believing I had a lot to offer, I submitted my CV, hoping that a member of the recruitment team might pick up the phone to learn a little more about me, my experience and take ownership of trying to help me find a new role. How wrong I was!

After hearing nothing, I applied for a role that I believe I was qualified for….. 2 weeks past and zero contact. When I chased, I was told that the role had been filled. Again, no offer to call me to discuss my CV…. I was told if anything suitable came up, they’d be in touch….. Well, how could they tell what might be suitable without even having a conversation with me?

As weeks and months went by, I consistently saw roles that would be suitable, but heard nothing. Every time I applied, I heard nothing and had to chase.

Ultimately, I was left feeling completely useless and invisible, with no assistance or guidance to secure a new role.

I see so many amazing positive reviews from people who have been lucky to have a different experience to me and am truly happy for them. I just wish that someone
at C&M had been willing to do the same for me.

Great experience, especially with Amy, she was looking after me during all the process.
She is very professional, I was very happy with her. Before I started new job, she called me and wished me good luck, it was really lovely and professional from her.

Tim is was brilliant kept me informed through the process of gaining my new role

One of the best travel recruitment companies out there - have been working with C&M for many years now and they always go out of their way to find you the right role, tailored to your needs and experience where others don’t.
Couldn’t recommend more highly. A special shout-out to Rachel. You’re a star : )

C&M were the only agency I have used that made me feel genuinely valued as a candidate. Rachel Elmore is fantastic! I cannot praise her highly enough. Her guidance and support throughout the interview process gave me the confidence to do my best and I was successful and accepted for the role. The best experience I’ve had in my 25 year career!

C&M worked for me and the client

Duncan was always available and kept in contact with me at all time, always happy to answer any questions or concerns.

He negotiated on my behalf and the contract was signed with all parties happy.

Less than 2 weeks from contacting Rachel to having a job offer in my hand returning to travel after a covid enforced break. Couldn’t be happier!

The recruitment consultant Jacqui was very helpful and always at hand when I had questions.

Amy and Duncan were on top of things from day one and were always a quick call or email away. They feedback and insight was invaluable being new to the UK.

The team at C&M was great, and a special thanks to Duncan for helping me to get this job.
