I buy my dyes from C&H because they have such an extensive colour range and they are always accurate excellent for dying lace

I had a query about postage. I wasn't happy that because of living in the Western Isles I had to pay quite a lot of postage. I wondered if they could waive the postage because on the website it did clearly say free postage throughput the UK if spending over a certain sum.
I spoke to a young man whom I think was a trainee. He was polite and passed me over to Michelle (I think). She called the supplier to see if the product was available and then called me back. She and the trainee were so charming and keen to help that I did go ahead with the order, even though they said they could not waive the postage because of dealing with a supplier. I thought this was reasonable. However I think the website is misleading in saying that postage is free for the UK because clearly not always for non mainland.

I only received one roll of wallpaper though I ordered and paid for three. However, you identified the problem and I am awaiting the 2nd part of the delivery.

Would like to have been able to have the goods delivered to my local store for me to collect for free delivery. This option was not showing at check out on your website.
Also the item should be dispatched from warehouse/store within 24 hours of order being completed.

Blind shut out the sunlight very well in our bedroom keeping room cooler. Very helpful lady at Brighton when DHL miss delivered the blind.

Been told curtains are not coming direst from c and h after I had placed order. Just received an email now from supplier to say due to present situation they will be delayed. We will wait and see.

Item ordered and arrived well packed within two days, excellent and very pleased with them.

Looking for curtains - just not sure where to search. Approached by a really helpful member of staff who asked a couple of questions, pointed out those applicable and also that some were on sale and some not. Success was so much faster. Came away very happy.... and they look perfect.
