Intelligent and thoughtful staff make all the difference
The fabric is lovely. Delivery was extremely quick. The price is very reasonable. More importantly than all of those, however, was the personal service received. My order was checked and thought about. Because it didn't seem to be quite right (2 sets of tie-backs but only 1 set of curtains) I was contacted by C and H to check my order before dispatching. I was very grateful for the intelligent staff. Thank you.

I can see that the product listing doesn't specify any ties on the design, but we do have other products with ties on if you'd like to exchange it. Above and beyond
I placed an order for some Christmas presents because the sale was on and postage abroad is so expensive (the items are going to Canada).
One of the cross stich kit wasn't available so Closs & Hamblin emailed and allowed me to choose another kit which they found in a store. Several emails later everything was organised. The main order came out in one box and the single kit came direct from the other shop. They arrived with in two days!
On top of that C&H honoured the % off. Helpful and honourable! I will be back.

My parcel of wallpaper arrived today
My parcel of wallpaper arrived today, one day earlier than expected 😊. All the rolls were securely packaged, wrapped in waterproof plastic and left in safe place (as I was out when delivery was made). I am absolutely delighted with my paper, it’s a much better quality than I anticipated and is exactly what I hoped it would be (colour wise). Would definitely recommend Closs & Hamblin to anyone looking for top quality paper, alongside first class customer service.
