waited for 1,5 months one sweater and 3 another one. Received them from China. But this was not the worst. The sweaters are of bad quality, absolutely not from the materials as in the pictures. Could have bought the same in a chinese shop 2 times cheaper. Also ordered a grey sweater, received a brown one..

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I placed an order from the them in May 2020 for 3 bikinis, order number: 10591
I received one bikini 2 months later and nothing else. I have emailed over 10 times, not one response.
I should have read the other reviews. They took €86 from me and sent me one bikini for €20. Its unacceptable and theft.
They are a scam as I am not the only one. No phone numbers either so you cannot call them. Do not buy from them.
Secondly the quality of the bikini received was terrible, but now that doesn't shock me seeing what kind of a business they are.

I bought a bikini in July, received it, it was way too small and the quality was poor. I returned the item right away to the Madrid address indicated in the automatic reply that you receive when you email them. Never got a response, nor a refund. This website is a MASSIVE FRAUD. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Don't buy here. It's a fraude. It is cheap Chinese import and you don't get your money back when returning. After several mails still no answer.

Ho ordinato 2 costumi. Dopo 1 mese me ne arriva uno. La taglia nn corrisponde alle misure fornite sul sito. Avrò mandato 20 mail per chiedere il reso ma rispondono con una mail automatica... Insomma non acquistate su questo sito!

Do not buy anything from them! Poor quality and sizes are not correct! I ordered 5 items from them never received one of them and they don’t respond to emails!
Only wore a sweater once and it already lost its shape!

If I could rate less than 1 star I would - ordered 4 bikinis none of which fit and have emailed 6 times to get return address but no-one will respond. No telephone available - they are a fraud

Una estafa total. Dicen despues de confirmar la pedida que tardara unas 2 semanas en llegar y cuando llega no es correcto. Intenté solucionarlo con ellos pero nadie contesta.

Products are really poor quality. 'Wool' sweaters are not made from wool.
Sizes are not correct (I ordered large for size 12 and they are more like a size 8, long pants that come half way up my calf ).
Packaging was damaged and some items missing.
The company has not responded to any of my emails to return items.

This company appears to be a Spanish apparel online store by posting some nice product photos on their website. But what you get is not what you see on the website. I placed my order for 2 items and only received one item in the end. Yes, one is missing and I don't know if I will be able to get the other item as this company operates in a rather fishy way. The product's quality is not good and the item is packaged in a poor way. No proper invoice or whatsoever comes along with the package. The item is shipped from mainland China directly. What Candelier is selling are simply cheap Taobao substandard products that should cost a fraction of the price on their website.

BAD!!!! you expect a Spanish product but it is made in China. And if you are lucky you receive it in 1 month

Compré un artículo que quiero devolver porque la calidad es penosa, mal cosido.. De china pero el precio multiplicado por 5. Te piden que les escribas un email para hacer una devolución, llevo ya 3 semanas escribiendo día si y día no y no contestan a ningún email. Igual en Facebook y en Instagram. 30€ a la basura y un bikini que da vergüenza ponérselo.

Compré en esta tienda a finales de octubre, el pedido tarda en llegar un mes o algo más (pero eso te lo avisan en la web), les escribo para que me den indicaciones de como devolver el producto, me responden, sigo sus indicaciones y lo devuelvo a principios de diciembre. Es febrero, desde principio de diciembre les he escrito 7 mails y no me contestan, no me han hecho la devolución y me han bloqueado de IG para que no haga más comentarios negativos.
